“Bought an item online at 7:40P. It said pickup in 15 mins. Got to the store at 7:55P. They said they didn’t have a forklift operator to pull the item and I’d have to come back the next day.
Update: I got a call from the store as soon as they opened the following day. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to deliver the grill right away. I had planned on swapping out propane tanks when I picked it up and they said they’d bring a propane tank with them for a swap out at no cost due to the inconvenience. Great customer service.”

“I've traded here since they opened 20 or so years ago as Discount Steel. Stocked for pros and hobbyists alike. As a hobbyist I like the remnants and small stuff room...good prices and you never know what good stuff you'll find. Also have a decent selection of metalworking tools, hinges, pre-cut steel ornamentation. For larger $ buys, sign up for their email and they offer 20 to 25% discount on most national holiday weeks.”

“The store was clean and organized. When I got there it was closing time and I desperately needed Drano and a plunger. The fellow not only let me in but also made the sale even though they closed the register! I had cash so he calculated the payment and he said he would put it on the register the next day. He asked me if I wanted a hand written receipt! Can you believe it? Just like the old days! I was able to get my kitchen sink unclogged and I didn't have time to get it done later. These folks saved me alot of grief. If you want caring service from caring people then Jabo's Ace Hardware is for you!”
“The parking for all of the businesses have one non wheelchair accessible handicap spot. I spoke with management about it because while I was there, in a span of 10 minutes, I saw two other people in top of my mother in wheelchairs. She says it's because they try to have handicap parking spots but the signs keep getting pulled down. If you are a handicap person, it would help them out if you contact the city over this and demand they do something about it. They apparently know who is doing it.”
