My husband came home very disappointed in the customer service he received from the store manager Jennifer her nasty attitude and unprofessional behavior was unacceptable. He has been a customer at this location for years and have never been so disrespected in this way by any of the staff members like this. I would recommend this lady to get more training on customer service. He returned a generator that has been malfunctioning and stated her understanding was zero! She was not interested in helping to figure out the best option or solution just a I don’t give a dam attitude. We will be contacting corporate on this matter and to report her. She was even rude to the ups guy who came while I was there. No customer should be subjected to this sort of behavior!

Good service greeted when entering and we already know prices are good ...fast check out and ample parking would have gotten 5 stars but area is sketchy....
