Let me just start here. Check in was easy and the room was nice and clean that was it! I brought my boys here to swim the pool was rusted and the hot tub was covered with a board and a blue plastic whic indicated out of order. The pool was so rusted my boys didn’t want to swim long. We return back to the room and the toilet was stopped up. I called down to the front desk and he insisted I come down to get a plunger and fix the toilet myself. After several of tries no success. Notified the front desk associate and they were booked at 100% capacity and stated we could come down and use the public restroom if we needed to until the next day when maintenance Arrived. We sucked it up and stayed the remainder of the stay and was given a full refund which was still charged on my credit card. Came down to breakfast which was the worst hotel Hilton breakfast I have ever seen pre cooked eggs and sliced sausages and oatmeal, bread, juice, and coffee thats it! The following day I received an additional charge on my credit card for my stay and the next day another charge was placed so now I have 3 charges and I called the hotel to get it returned but the associate had no idea how to even look up the charges and instructed me to call customer service. Called back today for hours no answer from the hotel called customer service she reached out to the hotel several of times no answer so we both had to end the call after several attempts to reach the property. I wasn’t going to leave a review but this was over the top how will you charge a guest 2 days straight after they have checked out.

The desk chair was filthy. There was rust in the bathtub and mildew on the ceiling. Not a good representation of the Hampton brand. I won't be back. The front office staff was amazing!

Room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The hotel was fully booked so I was not able to change rooms. It was bad enough that I informed the front desk so that I would not be charged for smoking in the room. This hotel staff was very friendly but there was not much they could do for me. The next morning the front desk clerk took it upon himself to assist me before the manager arrived. He offered to refund my stay but, based on the great service and that they tried to take care of me the previous evening I just asked fir me 2nd night to be canceled so I could vacate the room and give them a chance to de-smoke it.

We stayed for five nights.Front counter service was outstanding. Very warm and friendly. Brenda couldn't do enough to make our stay a pleasurable one. She even waited up until 3.00am to check us in on arrival, as our plane was delayed by more than 3hrs in San Diego. Fantastic breakfast facilities with a great range of food and drinks. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.Walkability: Plenty of shops and a mall nearby, plus bus stop to downtown Fort Worth.

A friend and I stayed here almost 2 weeks ago for a conference we were attending. We checked in on Friday evening and checked out Saturday morning. Before we checked out, we had their breakfast in the breakfast/dining area where I accidentally left my one-of-kind leather jacket. I realized this about 30-40 minutes after we left the hotel so I called up there because I knew that’s where it had been left. The first front desk person I spoke to who had been the one to check us out didn’t even bother to walk in there the dining room to check. He simply looked over the desk into the room and said there was no jacket. We called again a few hours later, same response. Just that there was no jacket. Which means it was stolen. Once the conference finished, we drove back to the hotel. We were met by a female front desk worker (who had checked us in the evening before) and I explained to her I had left a jacket here that morning. My jacket was not in the dining room. She said she hadn’t seen a jacket but I had to ASK her to physically go check the lost and found. Nothing. My jacket was stolen. They absolutely have security cameras and no one offered to check. Customer service was horrendous because I was only offered the response of “there’s no jacket here.” Nothing was done to get my jacket back. I wasn’t offered anything to compensate my stolen jacket. Which I didn’t want anyways. I wanted my jacket back and for them to actually try and check and look at the footage to see who stole it. Whether it was a worker or a guest. My friend asked if I could leave my information in case it turned up (which at that point I knew it had been stolen and wasn’t going to show up) and the lady handled me a post-it note. Unreal. A post-it note to handle a stolen jacket. So I decided to call Hilton headquarters a few days later. I was given a case number and told I’d receive a call within 2-3 days. That was one week ago. This place is awful. Let alone I had a jacket stolen in their dining area, the way it was handled was the absolute worst customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE. I would never recommend them. I have a friend who worked for Hilton and she was appalled at how it was handled and said the fact they didn’t even look at security footage to get my jacket back is insane. Terrible experience.

Rooms need updated. Staff was genuinely kind, especially Brenda, the assistant manager.Safety: Safe area. Shopping area back behind hotel.

The rooms are average but worked well for our purpose. This review is more about the staff. After a bad experience with an online reservation company, they went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and the reservation honored. Kudos to he staff, they are great. Oh, and the Texas shaped waffles are a bonus!Rooms: Room was ok.Nearby activities: Bowling, trampoline park, Main Event fun center, In & Out!

We stayed 3 nights. After the first night, we came back and the room was dirty. I went and asked for more towels and wash cloths. The receptionist was VERY unfriendly. She told me there were only 2 towels and wash cloths available. I asked why the room had not been cleaned and she told me I had to request for it to be cleaned daily, otherwise it was every other day. I requested daily. Days 2 and 3 and the room was still NOT cleaned! Night 3 when I went for towels and wash cloths AGAIN, I mentioned the room had NEVER been cleaned and the receptionist told me I had to request that service. When I told her I had done so, 2 days ago, she just looked at me. No apology, nothing!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! The ladies working all need fired!Rooms: Unkept, toilet gross!

Great stay at this Hampton inn. Want to shout out to the gentleman at the front desk Esteban (hope I spelled it right) I requested towels when I left for the evening and when I came back he greeted me in the lobby before I walked it with fresh towels. Excellent service.Great staff at this Hampton Inn

Darnell was super friendly and helpful for us the night my family and I arrived. The entire staff was super friendly, and the room was well-cleaned before our stay.

This has been the worst hotel stay in my life. I am usually happy with Hampton Inn’s however this one did me dirty. I had to switch room three times in this hotel. The first room I entered was dirty and not at all cleaned. They apologized and gave me a new room. The second room had a grasshoppers infestation. When I confronted the front desk about the issue they told me that it was normal and that I had don’t to worry about. They refused to do anything about it. I had to call corporate to force them to switch me to another room. Unfortunately the third room also had an infestation problem. At this point I had to play the role of an exterminator to the point where I was able to sleep comfortably. This was a horrific experience. I will not be coming back here again. Please avoid this place at all cost. It’s not worth the struggle. I had to beg them for a discount that the corporate office gave me.
