I have bought probably a hundred plus books from half price books and always have a really hard time removing the price tag without ruining the dust jacket.
Y'all seriously need to come up with a better solution.

I regularly buy and sell books at Half Price Books, at various locations. Always check the clearance section. I get music CDs, but can't always find artists I want. You CAN ask them to check whether another store has a book, CD, or DVD you want. Then, if they find one, get it sent to the local store. They also sell video games, but I'm not interested in those.

Very helpful people and a lot of variety to choose from. My 11 yr. old had so much fun looking around. He was picking up books, reading the backs, putting them back, or walking around with them in his arms until he decided which books he wanted.

If you’re buying books, cool. If you’re selling books here, dont. I brought in 2 full totes of books, educational book sets and world encyclopedia sets, dvds and some video games. They offered me $12 for the whole lot. Absolutely ridiculous so they can turn around and make almost 100% profit.

I turned in some old books they had to recycle them as they were old and a bit damaged but always one of my favorite places to get lost in a good book.

0 stars they will rip you off do not sell books here unless you want about 2$ for anything have sold here on multiple accashions and Everytime iam offered any where from 1$ to 3$ Everytime they are very unwelcomeing dont even attempt to give you a realistic reasonable offer on anything you sell them worst hpb ever,the hulen location is much better they basically steal from you say they can't make an offer on your stuff so you donate it or recycle it then they turn around and sell the exact stuff they refuse.would not recommend this place to my worst enemy
