While some services like restringing are fast, they may require the customer to finish tuning. However, staff members are frequently noted as friendly, helpful, and professional, providing excellent support both in person and over the phone. Many customers highly recommend this location for instrument and pro audio purchases.
Average guitar center. You can go to the Music Go Round a little north of here and have a good time too!
Overall, okay prices, 50/50 if you have great staff or mid staff, but never had a bad experience here.

Always crowded and and stressfull. Either the sales people are up your butt or you ca t find anyone when you need them. Selection is great, but I prefer smaller music shops.

My girlfriend had her guitar restrung. The price was a little high but he did it fairly fast while we waited. Was a bit surprised he didn't tune it. We had to do that ourselves.
