Went in 2/24 on an evening. Me and my family have been coming here around 10 years. Very kind people, clean place. Lupe is amazing & takes her time to go over things & explain. I recommend her.

I have been going to do my taxes here for the past 10 years, I was going to do my taxes on 2/10/24 I called in the morning and asked what time they closed I was told at 6:00pm, I arrived at 5:50pm and walked into the building the receptionist greeted me and asked “how she could help” I told her I was there to do my taxes she said they actually stopped accepting people since they were so close to being closed, I was surprised since I mentioned I called earlier and they closed at 6:00pm she said that they close at 6:00pm but they stop accepting tax customers a little earlier.To me this was shocking since previous years they had accepted clients even if close to closing time or past.

They are nice people, and they are able to speak both English and Spanish, but they are not equipped to handle anything outside the ordinary tax situations. I called them asking if they could handle my case. They said they could. I got there and they needed me to check whether my form was right because they were not used to it. I came back again with the confirmation that the form was right and they said that they could not handle it or my other tax form. If they are only equipped to handle basic situations, there is little point to seeing them since I could have just done turbo tax for basic stuff.

The girl who helped me was lovely, but failed to mention I needed a specific form. I ended up having to call the IRS for extra information. Wasn’t worth the $152.

Really good place to do taxes. Took like 5 mins in and out all I needed was a my w2 and ID. It's also way cheaper than alot of places. New members might have too fill out a simple sheet but that's it. You also get a referral coupon that will get you an anyone you refer $17 off.

This place is actually really good. They are professional and work cooperatively with one another; as well, they tend to help mostly Spanish speaking residents (like me) file my taxes! Highly recommend!
