Don’t shop here. They are not very good at attending to people and getting what you need. I placed an online order with them since they said it would be 2 days. Well that’s a lie and they never called me back to tell me when my order was at. I’d rather drive to the galleria or North Park to get what I need and get better service.

I placed and online order to pick up in store. Since you have to sign for home delivery merchandise the free store pickup was the most convenient. The staff was very nice and quick and retrieving my purchase. They even opened it in front of me to make sure it was correct and since it was a gift they wrapped it all up for me. Love Gucci!!

If I could ONLY do a “0 star review” I totally would! I went in hoping I could get my sunglasses fixed and they claimed they couldn’t do etc “had a 2 year warranty clearly DID NOT cover it” went to Walmart and got my sunglasses fixed for FREE and without any issues as how Gucci claimed they couldn’t do! Seriously so ridiculous.
