I have a beautiful antique watch that I inherited from my mother in law. Grissoms have repaired it twice. The staff are always so professional and a pleasure to deal with. This last time the winder had fallen off. They fixed my watch and returned it via Fed Ex. When I called to ask how much they said "no charge"! I couldn't believe it!They said Happy New Year and Happy Valentine's Day. How sweet was that!They don't make businesses look like that anymore! I highly recommend this great family jewelry store in Ft Worth, Texas!

Even though they were very busy, Rhonda was very welcoming when I walked in. You can tell she manages things very well in the midst of chaos. I was very open with her about the lack of knowledge I had about diamonds and she took the next two hours to give me every piece of information I need, and more. Thank you Rhonda for taking the time to give me the help I desperately needed. You helped a ton and I will be back soon!

My husband and I walked into Grissom’s looking for wedding rings and not really knowing what we wanted. The sales associate, Rhonda, was so helpful and provided us with so many options. We ended up designing our own rings and they came out so beautiful! We plan on being life long customers of Grissom’s.

Amazing quality, value, and people! I dropped off my wife's wedding ring to have some adjustments to the design made. The staff was very professional and kind. The work was quick and affordable compared to other jewelers and the result was perfect! Cant wait to show my wife for Christmas! They did such a great job and even offered to gift wrap it. After a bad experience elsewhere this was exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you to the wonderful jewelers and Grissom's! Hope y'all have a great holiday season.
