Susana does a great job. In fact everyone at this place does a great job. Great customer service. Recognition of repeat customers and good cuts. Really glad they are close by. Two thumbs up and thanks again Susana.
Stylist: Susanna has cut my hair a couple times now and is my preferred go to stylist. She’s patient and courteous and professional. And efficient.
Grateful she’s here.

I recently got my haircut here with my brother and while my hair turned out fine (it was just a trim) I couldn't say the same for my brother. His hair ended up sort of choppy and not smooth as most people want. Additionally, the staff was very rude, making no effort to smile and being very obviously annoyed at every request.

Literally the worst haircut of my life. Even after explaining what I wanted, the hairdresser totally ruined the way my hair looked from the back and sides because she happened to be in a rush. A person who's never used scissors their whole life could do a better job ffs! No offense to any community or race, but stay away from the black fat lady. I mentioned that so you know who it is!

This was my first time here and I have to say the price don’t match up the service. The lady who cut my hair was rude and acted as if she was doing the work for free. But the other staffs there looked good with their customers. Never coming back again.

I’m so disappointed I have to leave a 2 star review. This was our 2nd visit when we were initially so impressed with the friendliness and attention to detail at our 1st visit.
But the stylist we worked with today was not very friendly, did not conversate and rushed my son’s haircut. I’m not sure if it was because we came in the afternoon or we just caught her at a bad time.
She left his hair wet so I assumed it would look decent after it dried, but it did not. His sideburns are 2 different lengths, the back is standing up and there’s this weird awkward piece in the front that is too short. He has school pictures this week so I’m hoping I’ll be able to fix it.

Price charged do not meet service provided. My son’s hair was cut so short, no style, no gel . Very poor,deficient job, and the starting tip is 29% ???. Please!!! The Lord requires just 10% tithes.

You can use their app to make sure you on the list to mitigate unnecessary waiting. They keep a profile on you normal haircuts by the numbers. They seem to rotate the cutters, so you never know who is going to be the one that will end up cutting your hair. This is not a plus for the store as a regular customer; you want consistency and you might like to use the same cutter again and again. The cutters have different levels of experience. They have raised the prices, their service has been on a down hill trend slope. Just recently after they raised the prices they have stopped the Veterans discount. I was not given a reason. So they have lost one of the a couple of incentives of keeping regular customers happy and coming back. One thing I did notice. They need to clean and sanitize their cutting equipment after each cut. Just a quick wipe down with sanitizer, disinfectant, alcohol wipe on the cutting clippers, scissors and combs. They need to being doing a lot better, and there's a lot of room for improvement.

The online check in is helpful and accurate. The staff will prioritize you once you arrive. I normally never wait more than a few minutes when arriving. Friendly staff
