Anahi does a fantastic job cutting my hair. She knows how to razor cut to enhance texture. She is professional, kind, and gets to her customers quickly. I recommend Anahi at Great Clips Chapel Hill to everyone. I get so many compliments on my hair.

I can’t even give 1 star but I had to! This is how bad it was. I didn’t get it blow dried so I had no idea till I got home and blowed my hair out and noticed the below. It was like that all over.

I always go to the Hulen Pointe location but I've gone here a couple times. This time, the stylist used clippers when I asked for my usual, which is on file at all locations, that my normal stylist uses scissors for and I thought she was going to accidentally scalp me. I'm not mad. It's just hair and it'll grow back but I can shave my hair with clippers and a guard at home for free!!! Its honestly too short on top now and it's my birthday on top of that so it kinda bummed me out. I should have stopped her before she proceeded but I just trusted it till I realized that was not what I'm paying for then it was too late.
Just got a response back from Great Clips and all they said was thanks for being our customer. Now I'm going to call or go to their customer service email and get a free haircut! That response might as well have been a robot default answer. Not good enough
Requested style: They have my usual cut preference on file at all locations but it wasn't exacted the same here

I came by and got my haircut done by Anahi and she was a wonderful hairstylist who gave me a great trim and haircut! They were attentive and took the time to really understand what I wanted. I was pleased with the short hairstyle she gave me and will definitely be going back to them soon

Never go here if you getting a fade of some sort my finance went for a last resort due to his favorite places was closing soon. The lady literally left long hairs along his ears. She did not give the haircut he asked for also and he went to short, she told him don’t freak out but I do them different as in it was supposed to be better. Never again will he be going there.

Terrible experience, she is so rude. I waited 10-15 minutes and she took 3 minutes to cut my hair. I can't believe how they do business. Never again. Please do not go thete.

I'm not sure exactly why it is so hard to get bangs cut. I guess it's because not a lot of people wear bangs and the new stylus aren't learning how to do them. Definitely not happy with my haircut.
