Clerks - Cindy & Laurie, went beyond the call of duty to work out a reasonable fe for a package mailed to Erie, PA. It was a irregular shaped package and they took the time to work out the details in favor of the customer!!!!!

The man working in this establishment today charged me $13 to fax 13 pages and then an extra $3 because the number I faxed to was in Austin. Austin is in Texas, how is this long distance? Smh...
This place is robbing people. If you can go anywhere else, I suggest you do so. $17 for a fax is ridiculous. I paid and politely left, but Got Mail will never get my business in the future. This company, a community company should be ashamed of themselves ripping people off. Overpricing the community is not how you stay in business. All of these good reviews are obviously not from faxing documents and staged. Had I known the price ahead of time, I would have walked out. So you got me this time, Got Mail. NEVER AGAIN!
