I think this place is starting to see the dilution of the Fort Worth alcohol market. In the past there have been many selections both single bottle and craft beer. Wine selection had been pretty good. On this trip, the craft beer selection was nothing like I remember. They had some single bottle purchases, maybe a half dozen, not much more. Some of the best beer they had was in 15 packs.... Not sure how much they think I'm going to drink! Four and six pack craft beer selection was pretty sparse, and they were out of a lot of things. Was going to head over to the wine section but got depressed and paid for what I had found and left. No one was really circulating around the store helping patrons, but there were probably four people standing up at the empty checkout lines. I would love to support them versus the New York lawyer brothers' establishment, but experiences like this drive me away.

They have a fabulous amount of stock in the booze! Love the variety of high end and my go to must haves to stock my home bar. They have great party items such as glassware, little umbrellas... infusions as well as proper garnish for a proper cocktail. High end at a reasonable price. I like this place very much and I was in the nightclub business for 25+ years.

Not my favorite place. For being such a large place, they have a strangely limited selection of most things, especially whiskey, champagne, cava, and sparkling wine.

Disappointed by Lack of Customer Care:
During my recent visit to your store, I was greeted by a male cashier, which was a pleasant start. However, as I moved through the aisles, browsing the beer and wine selection, the lights suddenly went out. It became apparent that the employees had turned off the lights to close the store, leaving us in the dark. It I hadn’t shouted out into the dark, we would have been locked in. To the cashier who saw and greeted us when we came in, don’t you do last-minute checks or closing announcements for customers or even for customer/employee safety.?! As a result, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Improved attention to customer care and communication is needed here.
