You don't need to go all the way to the back of the store to donate your items. The donation room is right in front of you. I like here. It's very accessible as well.

The young man currently working at this location is the most friendly of personal of any of the other locations I have utilized. I used Arlington, Euless & Sulphur Springs! He is a great asset to your organization!

This lady is always rude everytime I drop anything off. She asked me not to leave clothes on the sidewalk. I let her know that most locations come grab the stuff and I didn't want to wear a mask to go inside. I asked her what's her problem was with me? We argued for a minute then she went inside and locked the door. I was searching for the phone number to report her attitude. Shortly after she unlocked the door and accused me of cussing her out. I asked for her managers number right after that she went back inside and locked the door again. At the end I left the bags of clothes on the sidewalk because she locked the door. I will not be donating anymore to this location. At least until something changes.

Try to donate my small items. I visited at 1:00pm, “out for lunch”. So I went back around 3:30,pm, still “out for lunch”. Next day something. Twice went back and “9out for lunch”When will u be back from your lunch break?Give me a break!

Attempted to donate 2x and door was locked during business hours both times. She opened the door finally and began to reprimanded me for leaving items. I was simply going to sit in my car and wait for her to open the door. Response was rude and unnecessary.

I tried to make a donation but the fool was locked and someone posted a sign on the door saying they were out back loading truck. I waited 20 minutes and drove around back ... no truck. Then I called.... no answer. I’ll be bringing my donations elsewhere.
