Great place for thrifting. Electronics section is a little better than I expected. I found a VCR and bought it. Say, it didn’t work and kept ejecting tapes. 14 day return policy worked and I got my refund. Well organized and clean store. You will be greeted upon entering and they will say bye when you leave. Friendly staff, too! Give them a try!

I have stood at a register three times now FOR AT LEAST 25-30 MINUTES with one cashier working to help a whole line of people-RIDICULOUS! Also, the prices are back to being SUPER INCONSISTENT AGAIN! You have things marked at $4.49 on everything that is cheaper at Walmart!! YOUR FAVORITE NEW PRICE IS $4.49!!! STOP!!! ANYONE CAN TELL THAT THIS IS A WAY TO RAISE PRICES IT'S OBVIOUS! THIS IS A THRIFT STORE O-M-G PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Y'ALL OUGHT TO GET SUED FOR NOT HAVING CONSISTENT PRICING!!!!!!

Goodwill North Texas has been having a sale with tags 50% and 75% off. This lady Monday I walked in and asked what the colors were and they said green was 50% off and orange 75% off. I found 4 orange tags and took them to checkout. Age told me it was 25 dollars and I said these should be 75% off. She looked at it and called her manager and then told me the manager said she got an email and they weren't doing 75% off. I said we'll you said they were. She said there was nothing they could do. I said the manager could come adjust the price but the manager refused to come out. I bought one of the items anyway but said I would be giving a bad review. I went to lake worth goodwill and they didn't ring orange up at 50% either which they said was the color of the week. The manager came out there abs called corporate and clarified the color and was able to manually adjust the price. So good customer service at Lake Worth. Basswood needs some help. Basswood also had Cinch products at ridiculous price and when questioned the cashier said they up the price on high-end items. Last time I checked Cinch wasn't a high end item. They had the marked at 30% and 50% of their new retail value. See pictures. Poor management and customer service here. I also called corporate to complain and have the district manager 5 days to call me but nothing. I love the stores in this district for the most part but they have an internal and external communication problem. They have emails for all of their loyalty customers but don't communicate with them like last year when they realized their point system was not working right to the benefit of the customer and instead of leaving the points they just erased everyone's points without a much as a heads up or a sorry or anything. They leave it up to the front-end employees to let the customer know and deal with the frustration of the customers. As a previous communication manager I know what this should look like and Goodwiil NT needs to get it together and do the right thing.

Absolutely the worst goodwill i have ever been to. Very disrespectful workers, impatient, and lock the door 20 minutes before close!!!!! absolutely the worst experience i've ever had with customer service!!!!! Your wasting your time going to this goodwill let alone get treated horribly!!!!

Thieves crooks and criminals.. This is the new goodwill format.. Never have I seen such gouging of free used donated items. Selling items for up to 4 times what they sold elsewhere for.. Goodwill used to be a place for lower class to afford things by buying secondhand.. Now they are filled with greed and has no concern for helping struggling people.. SHAME ON YOU GOODWILL. An untested $40 used compressor missing pieces from harbor freight costs $125 here!!??

Some stocking staff were rough with the items and didn't have manners, just one checker the other was verbal about his time to leave even though there was a long line of customers. Poor customer service. It made want to leave and not come back.

I have to say I go to alot of Goodwills and have never been greeted with such great customer service. This store is extremely well kept. They go up and beyond. Please don't let ugly people change that.
