When I had a flat tire while driving down the interstate, I called Golden Wheel Towing. They responded really quickly, and they sent a tow vehicle to me right away. Don’t EVER use this towing company. First off they want the money up front. They took the money from my account at 11am I called at 1045am they said they would be here in 30 to 45 minutes. It is now 229pm and still no show. I called they said they are down the street from where I am and will have the driver give me a call that was 20 minutes ago. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!Service: Car towing

I will never call these people ever again. They lied and said that I agreed on some extra charges and I asked to hear the recored phone call of me agreeing to the non sense but they some how dont have access to it. And also, they had a very bad attitude talking to me crazy lying that ignored there phone calls 15 times while I was on the phone with my insurance company trying to get these squared away while they only called twice according to my call log.Lying Crooks.

Antonio was great, and super quick! He even went the extra mile in removing whatever the object was that slashed my tire out of any other cars’ way. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to me again but if it ever does I will call Golden Wheel Towing again.

Site says 24 hour service but they didn't answer when I called. Granted, it was 3am but when you're 24 hour then that shouldn't matter. When I did contact them (prior to this) they seemed quite helpful though. I am open to changing the rating if I end up contacting them again in the next week for the service I need and they're able to assist.
