Nothing but positive things to say about this store. I hate going to the post office and waiting in line so I will put it off forever...My wife told me about Global Post and said just go by there it's maybe a couple bucks more but you won't have to wait. Been using them every time now. And for the unprofessional people below complaining about tape and stamps and a $3.00 visa card minimum... that's to be expected anywhere you go nowadays. If the post office helps you out one time cool but it is %10000 your responsibility to take care of the costs to maul YOUR package

Watch out!! They scammed me on 5 cards by making me pay for 2 stamps per card for each card since they weighed .2 oz over. They should have only charged for an additional oz rather than making me buy a whole second stamp at .78 cents each. Paid over $7 just to send 5 letters. Total scam.

Total scam if you’re trying to send a letter. I didn’t have any stamps so I needed to buy them there, and I was sending 5 letters with standard cards inside. All but one of them weighed .2 ounces over, so I understand that you would have to charge for an additional ounce. However, she charged me for two stamps per card instead at $.78 a stamp. So I paid seven dollars just to send five letters. Looked it up and at the post office the stamps are only $.66 each and you should only have to pay $.90 for a letter that requires an additional ounce. Just be careful going here because it was a complete rip off for me.

I hate leaving a negative review for a small business, but the policies of this store are insane and completely alienating for customers. Not sure why FedEx allows thier partners to conduct their business in this manner.
I stopped by the store yesterday to drop off a package as I do dozens of times in a week. I’ve been to this store many times before as well and the experience has been fine. However, yesterday, I committed the cardinal sin of forgetting to tape my box. Its happened to me before to, and the UPS store simply smiles, puts a $.000001 strip of tape on the box and sends you on your way.
This store charges $1 for that $.000001 strip of tape. That was pretty annoying of itself, but then the manager informs me that if I want to pay for it via credit card, I would need to spend a minimum of 3 dollars and she pointed to some candies I could buy. This in price gouging in its finest form. Incidentally, right after this, I dropped of another couple of boxes at the UPS store. They gave me a nice smile, taped the boxes, and I was on its way.
So business owner, I hope the 1 dollar was worth it. Not only will I not be coming back, but I will be relaying this story at all my social meetups.
I strongly believe in supporting small businesses, but price gouging is evil and not acceptable. I hope you enjoy the 1 extra dollar of earnings.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful! Was in earlier today and was helped by Rae. Rae was very nice, and did an outstanding job of helping me box an odd shaped item and getting it shipped out.

When I'm in need of dropping off a package and or in need of getting something shipped off, this is my place to go. The staff here are very caring and super helpful, definitely recommend.
