“I called ahead to tell the salesperson what I wanted and they checked and said they had it in stock. They laid it on the counter for me. When I arrived I found easy parking within 30 feet of the front door. I called again and explained that I had two sleeping children in the car and could they come out and get my card and pay and bring back my items. They were happy to do so. Remarkable service and the salesperson was all smiles. Highly recommend this wonderful shop. Wish I had had time to shop around!”

“The staff at the Fort Worth, Texas...Hulen Mall location ( Shalana...Faithlynn and Mary ) store and Arlington, Texas...Parks Mall location ( Bryan...Alma and Cade ) are fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and all around well oriented...Boxlunch is one of my families favorite stores to supply our need of Stsr Wars...Marvel and Harry Potter fan needs...I couldn't be more pleased with the selection of merch and the way the staff makes us feel when we visit these two locations. “This is the perfect spot for all things Greek life, with tons of cute merch like stickers, pillows, and ornaments for every organization. It’s a great place to find gifts.
The only downside is that the store can feel a bit cluttered, making it hard to browse. But if you have time, you’ll definitely find something fun! Highly recommend, just not five stars due to the layout.”

“This store feels like a second home to me! The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. It is hard for me to believe all these 1 star and hateful reviews. I have never had a bad experience or interaction here. The manager is very kind and extremely knowledgeable, she always helps me find the perfect gift for the perfect occasion. The girls there are so sweet and almost feel like a sisters to me! I catch myself bored at home and end up here at Sugarboo shopping…. way too much! 100+ stars!”
“This place is so weird in the best way possible. They had Big Bang Theory playing on a TV full blast next to the fresh fudge counter and country music on the overhead speakers jammin’. Lots of gift options for all your Texas needs. Shirts, jewelry, figurines, salsa, etc. Super nice people! Take a look around because there’s some interesting stuff!”

“I have shopped here for years. I would agree that 5 or 6 years ago there was one very rude employee and when she was gone I noted that to the owner. But everyone else is so sweet and amazing, not to mention the incredible merchandise. It is heads and tails over PS TheLetter which I have shopped at for years. They can be snobby and rude. Not Lawrence’s. Give them a second try.”
“Ordered same day and for pick up. Spoke with a representative from that store and he kept his word about having my arrangement by 2pm. He even called me to tell me it was ready! Such a nice customer service guy. After having the bad experience with the lake worth edibles arrangements, he made my day and the person whose birthday it was i was doing it for! I forgot his name but thank you!”
