I moved here last year 2021 it's been quite.I have yet to walk the entire property. It's a little out dated. With light fixtures and appliances. It's very hard to reach mgmt they don't answer the phone and office is never open.. I'm giving them 4 stars because right now it's been ok living here.with a few exceptions of messy neighbors . I can't blame them because office personnel use them for they're dirty work. If I have a problem I'm calling district manager..The grounds are clean. Well it's so much more I can say but l wait a few more months. Well it’s 2024 now and I been here for awhile. What I can add is they did put in new fixtures some minor upgrades. Definitely don’t have a pass with the law even if it’s 40 yers they will hold it against you. And every time something happens you’re number 1 suspect. And not only that they have your neighbors against you. U will not stand a chance. Hold your head up proudly. And know that No weapon formed against you shall prosper. Forgive them as God forgive Us. It’s for me not them. One thing I will not tolerate is someone bullying me. They like playing games and for my African American ppl don’t let the devil use you caz they definitely will get you to do the dirty work and sit back in the office and laugh because we don’t stick together. Please download the neighbors app and see this neighborhood is far from prefect. It’s plenty plugs in the complex that they should be worried about than me and my family. I’m taking my stars back lol things not the same over grown trees . Grass not pretty anymore. Breeze way nasty .

5 years at this location was excellent. We have all the sweet memories of my kids. Management was so supportive. I remember, I called them 1 in the morning for my AC and they showed up by 2am. They couldn’t fixed the issue though but I’m happy for the service. Best wishes.

would not recommend moving here/living here, management or maintenance will let whoever into your unit with you not even being aware then leave your lights on & door unlocked… this has been the 3rd time it has happened it’s coming down to that I had to order a ring doorbell to figure out what is going on because management won’t give out any info on that or even bother to give you a notice or a call to mention something about someone going into your unit

I don’t recommend moving here. If I could give this apartment complex a 0 I would! The office staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional the property manager tried yelling at me and the maintenance guys bang on my door like they’re are swat police. My front door has been broken for more than 3 months and they still refuse to fix it unless we pay for it. The office staff discriminates as well. My husband suffers from PTSD and the office staff think it’s okay to call him crazy and to tell others as well. They have no respect for veterans and their families including others. HORRIBLE apartment complex & staff!!

I wouldn’t recommend moving here at all! first off things seem to have been doing okay when the new management came in an took over an the ladies in the front office seemed nice an attentive but over time things started to go wrong first an foremost our mailboxes are still broken they been broken for god knows how long everyone else’s mailboxes are ok but where i live it isn’t an it’s annoying to have to keep going in an asking for our mail instead doing events they should focus on fixing the mailboxes. sienna an the other gal are fine no issues with them, but the “manager” denise is absolutely terrible she’s rude, she acts like she doesn’t have time to talk to you an she loses important paperwork, we use to love living here an enjoyed living here but these last few months here are terrible i think they need to get denise out an bring in someone who knows what their doing.they don’t pay attention to the tenants who are the ones that count.I’m really disappointed.

First of y’all their is huge fire ant piles out by the laundry mat and mailbox area I mean I know dang well they see those hills of ants and then they have furniture on the side of the dumpster I mean come on. Also they don’t fix things in peoples apartments.

To Richard Jenkins, it is extremally rude that you would say such hateful things about me. I have always been professional and nice to you. It is very unfortunate that you have such horrible things to say about Garden Gate as well. You called Garden Gate home for several years. I shall not go into personal reason why you did move.To readers there is always two sides to the story. Usually when there is a negative review at an Apartment Community it is because the resident or person didn't get their way about something or many things. Keep an open mind.Suggestion when looking talk to other residents ask them their opinion. I recommend this all the time. Drive through the community. Don't make your reason for not leasing because of a bad review.

The customer service is terrible, they refuse to really communicate with me, I just came into the office to ask about they 3 bedroom apartments. They said we do not have any availability and kept looking for whatever they was looking for. I actually waited at the door for a fews minute and then I walk to the first office. That when I was talk to like I am bothering them. Unfortunately, the manager and the employees is not pushing for going above customer service.

Love the office staff! Their super friendly, and helpful. Great place to live, quite, good neighbors, I've never had any issues. Being living here off and on since November of 2016.

Before new management, our old management told us to make notes of anything broken and itd be resolved. Well that went to garbage with new management. Anything that was broken prior to us even moving in is now placed upon us because of “govt property” and being they WERENT the previous management. They will try to pin damages on you and even try to ban you from the property. They will assume all the wrong things and not care twice.
