I had to grab an electric fuse for my breaker box, my husband sent me as he was working on something. It took 5 customers, and 4 employees to find it and still got the wrong fuse. When I had part number and pictures of it, I feel like employees should be more helpful

Been going to this Home Depot a couple times a week for the last year or so and have been disappointed with the lack of friendliness and hospitality from staff. I realize it's a large department store, but I feel like employees can have the hospitality to say hello and welcome you. When you need help for anything here it's rare to find someone helpful or willing to help you. As for the rental area, it's a mess. Have rented three items recently and ALL three have been broken when I showed up to the work site. When I went to return and explain each of the items didn't work, they offered $8 off. Have lost $100s on rentals here. Avoid renting from this location.

recently had an outstanding experience at Home Depot, and I simply must give a shoutout to the incredible salesperson who made our visit memorable. Randy Clark, you are absolutely amazing!Upon entering the store with my family, we were on the hunt for a new microwave. Even though Randy was busy restocking shelves, he graciously took the time to assist us. His genuine warmth and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease.Randy's knowledge and expertise were evident as he patiently listened to our requirements and preferences. He asked thoughtful questions to understand our needs better. Despite being occupied with other tasks, he never made us feel rushed or unimportant.What struck us the most was Randy's unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. Beware: If you need a hot water heater replace do NOT use Home Depot contractor service Same day water heaters!! They will have a scheduling error and not show up!!! Attempt to reschedule you for the next day and still not show up or call during the appointment time!

The garden center at this home depot is breath taking it has thousands of beautiful flowers shrubs trees and house plants this store has the biggiest and the best .The Ladies that work in garden taking care of these plants are knowlegable and take pride in keeping everything health and beautiful

I want to give a shout out to Todd in Lumber at the store at Basswood and 35. I went into Home Depot and told the first employee I saw that I knew nothing about wood but needed to replace what I'd brought in due to water damage. Then she asked me what type of wood it was. Huh? Anyhow, Todd in lumber looked at my wood, recommended a replacement and then cut It to spec for me. He took the old nails out and sent me on my way. I wish all employees went the extra mile like Todd did. thank you !!

Purchased a dishwasher and the install of it. The installer came on the scheduled day with the appliance. He came in and said he couldn't not install it because he was not allowed to. He wanted to drop it off without installing it. I said I had no use for the dishwasher if it could not be installed. His reply was "That's your problem." Note too that my house is only 4 years old so no reason why he could not install it. I sent it back and ordered the same one from Lowes! Install of it was today and the guy installed it, no problem. And he treated me like a valued customer. Home Depot never again! Lowes, YES!

Home is a great place, however their pro shop department is terrible in helping after returning a machine. No one seem to know how to give us a refund between 4 or 5 people. Overall it was alright, just customer service less than desired.

Absolute WORST experience ever at this Home Depot. As a young woman, i don't know where everything is at Home Depot so of course i need to ask someone who knows where everything is at aka A WORKER. I proceeded to the front where i see a man who clearly works here and his name is Jeff. I ask him a simple question and he just told me to ask someone who's on the floor because that's not his department, in a very rude and assertive tone. So i ended up asking someone else, got my item and went to checkout. I saw Jeff again and asked the cashier what department he works in and she said "he's our store manager". It's ridiculous how a STORE MANAGER will treat a customer like that. I can also hear him complain and basically yell at his own workers in front of customers. How embarrassing! This isn't how you treat your own workers and even customers. Come on, show more appreciation. Not with that tone and attitude! Moral of the story, never coming here ever again.

I went to buy new blinds and needed them custom cut. We asked one lady how to get help and she seemed very bothered by our question. After that I went to costumer service to ask for help in that department and again the guy seemed bothered by my request. After waiting a while multiple employees had walked by us not noticing we needed help. When we saw to guys in uniform on the isle we were on waiting we asked if they could assist us on cutting the blinds and they said they couldn't help us. Another costumer who had been waiting on help for flooring suggested we go to Lowes. He had left too due to the lack of service. He was probably on his way to Lowes!

Rugs were tagged with price and manager would not honor it. He just kept blaming his staff that he had repeatedly asked them to fix it on the Thursday, it is Sunday, and still not done. Horrible management! He should have honored sticker price and obviously can't lead A team

Good supply of soil and mulch...but...not much of a perennial flower selection. No one on the floor knows about the available plant lications or availability! Workers on the floor NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE OR HELPFUL. Obviously these folks aren't trained properly by (higher up) management. Very disappointed.
