This was my favorite GameStop for years but its now under new management. The Casuals have taken over. If I need your help finding something, I'll ask for it, but it's clear anyone who walks in for a game knows more than the people behind the counter. I'm not a toddler, you don't need to helicopter like I'm going to take something. Offended? No. Annoyed. Yes. My second interaction sealed that I'll be finding a new store. I try to get in and out with little interactions with casual ignorance. I'm fine with jokes, but some people need to know when a good joke ends. I wasn't attempting a cool guy exit, I was trying to avoid dumb interactions like the one I got. Work on your customer service

I'm a big fan of gamestop. I've worked at this location as security when grand theft auto 3 launched. I been going there since they actually opened over 20 years ago, and still go to get games like Mortal kombat, Street fighter, call of duty, and many more!! I've even bought my consoles here. Customer service has always been great also. I highly recommend visiting this location.

I have been calling every day for the past 4 days, 5 minutes after they open. The morning shift worker needs to stop being lazy and pick up the calls. You go to work, to WORK. He knows that I always call , as we have spoken before. Customers should always go first

My children like this place, they find everything in video games and other things that I don't understand much, that is, the guys who serve are very friendly and are very updated in terms of the world of games and very affordable prices.
