I brought in some games to sell and got more than expected and all those working were extremely friendly.. I must update this review because after selling a few more items to them, well I sold them stuff because I needed the cash but they have so many awesome items it's hard to leave with the money!

Only 20 percent for trade in value is insane. Not worth time or effort to sell cards to them. Honestly if your looking for things from the past thats the place. Would never gp back to sell to them again.

walked in and never got greeted , waited about 15 minutes for a hello , and not one word was spoken to me . everyone else walking in the store got greeted .. love game exchange just not this location ..

Probably the most disorganized store in the metroplex. The employees are too busy on their phones and don’t seem interested in helping customers. The manager, Vivian, always looks stressed out and doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing half the time. The back counters and glass where they take trades are cluttered and disorganized, making the place look very trashy. Hopefully, they can get the mess under control and take some notes from GameStop on how to keep things clean.

Places disgusting. I called and they hung up on me and all I ask for for a few quotes. And then they hang up on you. I'm not gonna drive thirty minutes and waste gas if they're not going to properly assist me. Almost 3 months ago I have gone there once phenomenal service. I don't know what happened. They just straight up. Hung up the phone on me and what's a complete douche. I'm not the kind of person that leaves reviews or I will leave things to fly by but I had and have high quality things to sell. And I just wanted a little bit of business, but because of this nature, I will no longer come to this game exchange

Called the number they have provided on here and a man picked up, said hello, and after asking if they had a certain game in stock, simply hung up without replying, or even so much as saying goodbye. If it is not your number, correct it. If it was one of your employees, do better. What a disgusting form of disrespect.

Do not sell your games here. They will give you cents on the dollar of what your game is worth. You are better off selling them literally anywhere else but here. They offered me $20 for my $180 game
