Here’s the short version… take your money somewhere else.I paid $130 for two formal dresses to be dry cleaned through an alterations shop who outsources dry cleaning through this place. Absolutely terrible experience, after 3x of refusing the wedding dress that had not been touch (red tape marking spots from shop 1 still intact all 3 times), I visited with an employee from the alterations business and we talked to the owner- I think his name was Ben, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. Said, “this is why I don’t work with brides…” even though they advertise dress restoration in their shop. He spoke over me and the woman with aforementioned place while trying to explain what was going on and that we’d both previously called and spoken with Carla and that we’d had issues trying to get this rectified speaking with her. While explaining that my frustration was also due to the fact someone from out of state was trying to purchase my dress and that these spots not being treated were holding me up, his response was, “I think someone coming from out of state to purchase this dress is a mistake”.Don’t bother with these people, if they screw up no one will take accountability or even apologize. I did finally pick up my dress (after the 4th time), the spots were mostly done, and so was the red tape, proving they didn’t touch it the first 3. They didn’t say a word, hung my dress on the hanger and left the room. Dude seems like just another boomer complaining about how younger folks don’t have any respect for anyone, he was so disrespectful toward their ampoules that the alterations shop is looking for a new vendor ?Phots aren’t really of the stain but you can see a small portion of the red tape- this was after the 3rd time. It was placed on inside of shell for easier spotting.

Without a question, worse customer service. I dropped off clothes on Wednesday to pick up clothes on Thursday. I came in too earlier on Thursday to pick and it wasn’t ready, I was asked to come by at 4:30. Well my luck, there was a tornado warning with real tornado action and hail. I didn’t make it before closing time. I tried to go the next day, well they close for St. Patrick’s day?! The clothe was for my proposal (very important day). I had dropped off new clothes I purchased so I had rush and buy new clothes again. When I finally come in on Monday to pick up my clothes, the person told me, sorry but you should have came in during the tornado. Seriously?! Worst dry cleaner experience.

Dropped a shirt and suit off. When I got it back it doesn't look like it was ironed at all. The shirt came back with visible wrinkles. Tried calling the place a few times and the phone rings once and goes to voice-mail, even though it says the place is open.

Took my comforter to be washed. Nothing special didn't get all of the spots out, took about 5 days, and charged $35. I would've just rather done it myself..

I've been coming here since 1964. ROTC got me coming here for my uniforms. Since graduating i was in a business in the early 70's til my retirement in 2020 I used NFWL regularly with my bill being in the 30-45 dollars a week. Never a lost article of clothing nor a stain that wouldn't come out.

This business provides excellent cleaning services for years but poor, quality work environment for their employees. With TX having some of the hottest temperatures throughout the year they provide no a/c units for them. With all the money we as customers have been given them for years this is unacceptable.

The staff here is extremely accomadating and definitely very sweet. They were able to get my fathers Marine uniform nicely pressed for his funeral ? within a short time frame. Thank you so much for the kindness and ability to do this so quickly. You all are awesome!! ❤️

Just not a first class operation. They were not able to get my laundry done due to a machine failure and they were unwilling to do anything to make it right. They didn’t notify me and it took a long time to figure out what happened. It looks like they have a good operation but they just don’t seem to prioritize customer service.
