I've been with frost bank for years and this is by far the worst branch i have ever visited. Staff were not friendly and it's a really sketchy neighborhood. Do not recommend!

I tried to open a trust fund there because I worked nearby and it would not take me long from my job to do so. I had the money, all the proper paperwork prepared by our attorney. But they refused giving no reason. I went to Chase and everything was in order and my trust fund was established. Beware of Frost Bank. Use Chase instead!

I am so upset, i dont ever write reviews but i just cant believe how hard/ long it was to increase my spending limit! IT TOOK 30 MINUTES and a MILLION QUESTIONS!... and calling the 1-800 # is no different. I can understand 10 minutes of questions but NOT 30 minutes! This was very disappointing and im going to be looking for another bank who will not hold my money against me!!! UNBELIEVEABLE!!

I love this branch! Super fast and accurate service! Staff is amazing and they always make sure all of your banking needs are taken care of and that your wait is as minimal as possible! I would never think of changing banks! Simply the best around!
