Customer service is great, but their ATMs in Tarrant county are broke or out of service more than 50% of the time I try to use them. They’re definitely due for an upgrade. Chase bank ATMs never have this problem. I bank with both.

I love coming here to this bank they treat me with respect that he is for sure and they know you by your name truly they have excellent customer service I believe this is one the best banks in America because they also have good interests rights and great loan options for real they also pulled out of the mortgage industry for various reasons but their bank is stable financially because of it and they make sound decisions when it comes to security and keeping people's accounts safe unlike many banks that Have ended up on television for various reasons and not keeping customers accounts secure frost the bank's stance by what they do and that is why I continue to come here

I only came in to get my debit card replaced and they were very quick and prompt about it. It only took 5 minutes!

I love coming here the people are certainly friendly sometimes they even will give the customers free sodas or water or even cookies they are certainly knowing their customers bought name and I feel respected here

This was my second trip to their new location. On the first trip, which was just shortly after they opened, service was very slow. In addition to slow service they also set my HSA account up incorrectly. When my wife and I went to our neighborhood location to pick up her debit card the folks there saw the errors and had to recreate the account. Today I went in to open a new small business account. After about 10 minutes of waiting in the lounge,with no acknowledgement of my presence, I got up and walked out. Funny thing is the person who told me to wait just looked at me, without saying a thing, as I walked out the door. I doubt I will give Frost a third chance.

When the Frost Bank that was in our building near downtown moved out, I was more than a little bummed. Fortunately, this Branch is convenient to downtown. There is metered parking on the east side of the building with easy access to the bank. And the staff are helpful and courteous. So I may not have my old bank, but I've got the next best thing.
