I have been coming here for almost a year. After 6 months of PT with no relieve of my pain I tried chiropractic care - in 1 month the pain was gone! The staff and professionals here are the best, friendly, personal and really care about your wellness. Dr. J has done a great job with this practice. I highly recommend them for ALL your chiropractic needs.

The staff here are really friendly, their approach to health and wellness is exactly what I was looking for. The doctors here take the time to listen to my issues and look for the root cause not throw a medication at the issue. We set up a wellness plan and it’s working. They mix chiropractic care with physical therapy which seems to be helping a lot. I will be signing up for the aftercare program when I am done with current issues.
I also purchased the sleep pillow it has made a huge difference in my sleeping

I thought I was just going to Oktoberfest, just to get out of house for awhile since I can only walk for a few minute before my legs start to go numb. I stop at Freeform booth only because they had a chair and I needed to sit down. I will listen to their speech just so I can sit and let the numbness ware off. Before I knew it I was in their Frisco Office making the best decsion for my journey to recovery. I being going for two months and I'm already at seeing acutal imporvement. Dr. Ellis and Dr. King are great, but the girls in the front Veronica and Amia are the backbone of the clinic.

Freeform Chiropractic is the best in the DFW area!!! Dr. H, Dr. M, Dr. R, and Dr. J are all amazing!!! They have helped me immensely!!! Charity, Laci, Diandra, and Kelsey keep the front of the office in line. They are all friendly and very caring!!! This is truly an awesome place to come!!! I love them all!!! I am officially impressed with FreeForm. The doctor that treated me today, called me later this afternoon to follow up. That's never happened to me before. From any doctor. The honesty displayed in our consultation, the level of service given to me in my 1st treatment session will not be forgotten. Looking forward to what's to come in my healing process.
