Awful, awful, awful company. They switched all my insurance to different policies, and I did not have any medical providers that took the policies. I am now with a different insurance company and pay reasonable prices and the insurance that all my medical providers except. I kept calling back every couple of days to make sure that my policy had been canceled. Do not use this company and do not listen to the people who gave this crappy company five stars. There are too many of us that would have been able to post a review without having to post the one star.

Horrible insurance. I had an ER visit. The insurance covered $250. I called thinking it must be a mistake. No that is all they cover for ER visits

This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with and the person that’s been helping me for six months is just as useless as the insurance is. Jay Singh will give you false information and act like he’s going to help you, ask you for bills you’ve received, and you won’t hear a word from him again. Sometimes he goes 6 weeks without replying to me and when he finally does decide to answer , WEEKS later? It’s because I had to blow his phone up because I needed his help with something important. He’s useless, this insurance is useless, save your time and go somewhere else

They suck! Had them for 8 years and they were always changing what wasn't and what was not covered. It has been an absolute nightmare with them. Glad I canceled. What a waste of $. EVERYTHING IS CHEAPER WITHOUT INSURANCE

I've had for 10 years due to a surprise pregnancy in 2014. Was told back then the coverage would be $3500 out of pocket for most deliveries. I lost the baby 2 weeks later, but kept the insurance (since gov forced us to have it). I've had things the last 2 years I've needed it and they covered $0 to maybe $100 .. I've paid $300 month for 10 years! Its worthless insurance!!! I'm a cash pay now days, the medical charges and costs are lower that way, the craziness of them billing insurance double or triple to get the amount they actually want, then you're stuck with the remainder, is insane. I plan to research and cancel this worthless insurance co.

Would not recommend. We requested a policy be cancelled on February 28th, they continued to draft our account for two more months. It is now August 30th and I have not received a refund and have been told it would be another 30 business days to get my money back. What a joke this company is

Paid everything up to my surgery then denied payment for surgery. Stating preexisting condition.
Criminal…not to mention if you don’t pay attention they will tag on extra policies and charges. Their claims department are a bunch of useless
A-Holes. Cant imagine if you were really sick how bad they would be.

I never applied or had any contact with this company but I started getting emails thanking me for completing my application and about an appointment to discuss personal information (doctor's name, payment/billing information). The phone number listed isn't even my number. When I called the customer service number to let them know I never signed up for any of this I was told "oh, someone must have input the email incorrectly and got a letter or something wrong". Sure, Jan. This is definitely a scam of epic proportions.

SCAM! Do not get this insurance. The basic plan covers absolutely NOTHING. The customer service is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. The people who sell this company's policies should be ashamed of themselves. An absolutely terrible company from top to bottom.

DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE. It is not an ACA approved plan. Your regular scheduled health checkups up are not covered and you will be billed the FULL amount. DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE!!
