Great restoration work! I trusted this studio with some irreplaceable, fragile family photos that were cracking with age. They handled them carefully and restored each one to look like-new. The results were outstanding. 5 Stars ? Will use them again.

I came here for the first time to develop some film. The staff was very sweet and knowledgeable. They got my film scans back super fast and I even got partially refunded for an expired roll that came out blank! I will absolutely be back!

Cannot recommend Legacy highly enough. The digital scans and physical prints I’ve gotten are amazing, and their customer service is top notch. Not only that, today my battery died outside the store and their employees jumped my car. On a hot summer day in Texas, that is no small gesture. 5 stars through and through!!

I recently came here to transfer my VHS tapes and convert them to digital. These guys made it so easy!! They got it done fast and at a reasonable price and now all my old cassettes are on DVD’s. Very friendly service! Highly recommend 10/10

These guys scanned all of my family photos after my mother died, and they used a sharpen filter that destroyed every scan. When I brought it to the attention of the owner, he admitted that they used a sharpen filter and told me to bring the photos back, said that he would fix it, which I did, but he then tried to argue that they had done everything correctly. Then he wrote a refund check for $623, and after I cashed it he put a STOP PAYMENT on the check. He then claimed that I had harassed them through email because I corrected them on how they were scanning photos. He threatened to call the police if I returned to their business, but I had only been to their business once to hire them, and then again when he asked me to return, and never said anything about returning to their business, or threatened to. These guys don't know what they're doing. Don't trust their response to this review. They wrote a check and put a stop payment on it. I have the records. Do not trust your family photos to these people.

Both Marco and Reece have been incredibly helpful and patient every single time we've went in there with questions about film and cameras. I went to get my kiddos disposable film camera developed, ended up leaving with a reusable one for my kiddo, A few days later came back to buy a similar film version of the camera I shoot on. When they send the film scans they use a system called wetransfer which is a very convenient app, that then allows you to save it on there (you would have to pay for more storage if you need more than 5gb) or save it to your phone. They offer prints and the ability to keep the negatives. They have not only vintage cameras but new cameras as well.

I felt really dumb going in there, it was my first time working with getting film developed, but everyone was so nice, they walked me through everything, and even gave me suggestions on other film to use as I start my journey into film photography. When I was asked if I wanted prints up front I explained that I did not know whether or not the pictures were actually any good and I did not want to pay for 72 photos if they all looked like crap, and the guy was completely understandable and let me know they have an option to print out later once I get the scans back and I can pick and choose which ones to do and which one's not to. All in all it was an amazing experience, I highly recommend, I wish I could give them more than five stars. I'm really looking forward to working with this lab in the future, and hopefully purchasing an upgraded camera from them later on down the line.

Legacy Photo Lab was very pleasant to do business with. Very friendly customer service. They had my film developed, scanned, and uploaded in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I highly recommend Legacy Photo Lab! Last month I utilized their online ordering system to print a photo that was going to be used for my sister’s funeral service, however after I picked it up and got home, I noticed that it was printed in a size that was much larger than what I selected online. I called the shop and they said they would have the owner return my call to discuss what happened. He called me back within the hour and said that he would get it printed and ready for pick up the following Monday. However, when I explained to him my situation, and how the service would be on Monday, he quickly and graciously said that he would have it printed and ready to pick up the following morning. I cannot put into words how much I truly appreciate Legacy Photo Lab and their amazing customer service and care! Thank you very much!
