I live on the west coast and I like to send flowers to my sister in tx. I have used Ft Worth florist a couple tines and their service is always impeccable and the arrangements are beautiful. The team helped me resolve some confusion on an order (not their fault) but they were super friendly and helpful.

I would give 10 stars if Google let me. Janette was extremely helpful, stayed late to help me, let me customize my order.. She was Never made me feel like I inconvenienced her even though she was staying after hours to help me with a measly couple of flowers that hopefully (fingers crossed) fine get me out of the dog house today. Whole experience was genuine and couldn't be more thankful for her today...

Phenomenal service, beautiful flowers, I was very happy but my girlfriend loved them. It’s been a week and a half and although slightly shriveled the flowers are still beautiful. Thank you guys, you have a regular now!

Made the mistake in asking a simple question to 5he virtual assistant, "Do you SELL African Violets plants"??What I got was can't answer let me get a live agent. Well I don't know how live they were but they first had to review chat with virtual and then their reply was all about me ordering in Africa??? I asked a simple question and even after I wasted my time explaining it, they still think I want to order from Africa. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
