The only helpful bank in town! We looked all over Fort Worth to cash government bonds and this was the only bank that would do it. Friendly customer service as well :)

By far the worst bank/ credit union I've ever dealt with. Takes 20+minutes to answer. Unwilling to waive fees when they are caused by bank errors. Never again will I finance a vehicle through them

opened one account they did two hard credit inquires.,.... they wont answer the phone, or emails or a digital fax or a FB message

I called customer service for 2 overdraft, excuse me the manager referred to it as a Held Funds Fee, I was charged that caused my overdraft in the 1st place. I had enough money to cover 2 of the 3 transactions that hit my account. I fully understand I owe for one. When trying to speak with Management I was told I could have it back as a courtesy??? Courtesy?? When I had the money for the 2 transactions I'm referring too?? No ma'am that is not how it works. Then the manager Chardae wants to try to fast talk you like you have a low IQ. Will be closing Mt account after this. Capital one Bank would never! Picture included for better understanding.

I received a credit card statement that said I had not paid my bill. I called and talked to three different people on the phone and no one could resolve my problem. I got proof of payment from my bank and went to the Fort Worth location and talked to Stephanie.Within 10 minutes she resolved my problem she is the greatest!

Samantha Perry, with the Fort Worth Credit Union, was our loan officer for my son's first used car loan. She made our experience unbelievably smooth and easy. Samantha was professional the entire time but was also very personable and hospitable during the process. She made the procedure of getting pre-approved for a loan, seamless. After we finished with the dealership, Samantha finished the task of completing the loan with minimal involvement from us. She made the entire experience seem so easy that I felt like I was just asking for money from my parents. The Fort Worth Credit Union will be my family's first stop for any loan needs in the future. All the employees from Samantha to the tellers at the Fort Worth Credit Union contributed and I want to thank all of you. Thank you!

Just wondering why there is maintenance being done on Mother's day with cards and account info not working! My family had plans today. ATM not working either! I've always told everyone I know how great ftwccu is I'm not sure I can do that anymore as a major holiday for all families has been thwarted for bank maintenance! When did we stop doing that overnight?! Yall have dropped the ball! I have left a message for Michelle. I would like a return call on Monday morning!

Our experience has been very frustrating. We have been handling our parents accounts since both of their deaths recently. We have provided all of the documents required to have their funds released, however after a month we still do not have them. We have called every day and no one is available to provide any information or updates. We are very concerned and hope we get this handled soon. We are told everyday that someone will return our call, however we have not heard from anyone. We will continue to call every day, however based on this ongoing frustration and experience, I would not recommend this institution for any financial needs.

Michelle was very helpful when my card was not sent out to the right address and was very quick and friendly about me receiving a new one
