This is a very small flower shop but customer service is absolutely wonderful and they're not expensive at all for under $10 you can get a really cute arrangement of greenery

I called 20 minutes before closing to see if they still had mother's day flowers in stock. The lady confirmed they did and they were open until 6pm. I told her I'd try to get there before then. I pay $10 for parking and walk 5 blocks and arrive at their door at 5:57pm and their lights are off and their doors locked. She did not tell me the truth. I wasted my time, energy, and money. I used to patronize this place whenever I could but after today - never again.

Less than thrilled. Arrangement came fast, which gets them a point, but looks nothing like the photo and really just looks like they gave me one of the cheaper arrangements.I understand this is V-Day, and they're probably really busy - but still unacceptable.Also, if you're unhappy, you don't have a lot of recourse since I can't get through on the phone.

Wonderful little flower shop! Excellent service and very well done arrangements. Whatever you need for color or fragrance, to say “I Love You!” Or “I’m sorry”, this is the place to get your pretty plants!

Went in for 5 bouquets of flowers. The staff didn't have enough flowers for five - which was fine. They offered to make a bouquet with what they had left which was mostly filler pieces and not full stems... for $55. Both staff and the manager were dismissive and had an attitude as if they could do with or without any new customers. As a small business owner myself, I like to shop with other local shops for the personal touch. From the moment I walked in the door (to a very small shop) I was met with a silent and cold welcome. This was a terrible example of what we are about here in Fort Worth.

I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION. I CAME IN LAST MINUTE AND THE TO GO COOLER WAS FULL OF BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENTS TO JUST GRAB AND GO. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE. THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE PLUS THE LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT. I WILL RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND BUY FROM HERE. I WISH I COULD GIVE THE STAFF 10 STARS! THANKS FLOWERSTOGO ?

I had a friend send me a bouquet as I had just left out of town. I got a call and was sad that I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the beautiful flowers. However I was sent a photo of the flowers and card upon delivery.About a week later, they delivered me another beautiful bouquet that I got to enjoy! Thank you for going above and beyond Flowers to Go, it meant the world to me.

Flowers to go did an excellent job designing floral arrangements for my organization's debutante ball. The customer service was spot-on and the arrangements were beautifully done and within budget.

I went in looking for a small bouquet of roses and they had a few mixed flower arrangements - about 5 give or take from $50-$60 dollars including a vase (i assume) as it had a note card of the price on the bouquet. i only needed a half dozen bouquet of roses (the local 7/11’s didn’t have any). Surely the staff was kind and they arranged a bouquet of 6 red roses (that have already began wilting) & when i checked out the total was $59 - wrapped in regular brown paper. No vase. I didn’t question it, paid. Trying to support small business. Definitely over priced and not worth it in my opinion now looking back. I would have preferred a quote prior to them cutting the roses but since they didn’t give me my total until check out i let it slide. Or maybe even fresher roses. A dozen, i could understand… half a dozen- for close to sixty bucks- not so much. I understand business is business but as a business owner myself, I don’t believe in taking advantage of customers especially first timers if you want returning customers and referrals. Next time i will be going to Kroger and getting a similar bouquet for $8.99 and possibly better quality.
