Would ten out of ten recommend Floors to go, more specifically Kristin! She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and did it all with a smile. Having new floors installed can be a big pain and total mess, but the installation crew made it quick and painless.

Theril and Ivan went above and beyond. Flooring is not a minor investment, and there are so many options - Floors to Go Texas made it easy and transparent. Other contractors provided “estimates” that were so far off to try to win the business and surprise me at the end. Ivan quoted it right, and with the proper installation materials for a job well done, and in fact came in CHEAPER than the bid. Financing was easy. The crews were professional and efficient. Most importantly, the floors are absolutely beautiful and changed the entire feel of my home. Thank you Theril and Ivan, I enthusiastically recommend Floors to Go to anyone.

We had this group replace some carpet in a large portion of our house along with a staircase. They did a fabulous job. They were quick to get our quote back to us and quick to schedule and install. They had many affordable options and our end result looks amazing! Definitely recommend them for all flooring

This is what $20,000 get you at Floors To Go. All the boards are bowing and lifting up, only 3 years old. We’ve had problems from the very beginning after install. It’s impossible to get through to anyone there. If you want good quality flooring and customer service go elsewhere. My Mother in Law Debra Robbins purchased these floors 3 years old. She has tried calling several times and is usually brushed off, or the blame is pointed at the contractor who y'all chose to do the install.

Had living room, hallway, 3 bedrooms and 4 closets done with laminate, smooth process start to finish, salesman took us straight to product we requested, did not try to up sell at all and very knowledgeable about different aspects, very informative when we asked questions, also explained in detail for cleaning and care of flooring I highly recommend Nava Ruiz Gerar and his this business

Charlotte was so helpful in finding the right floors for us! She went out of her way to get floors that matched our other floors!! I highly recommend working with Charlotte at Floors to go!!! The Installers also did a fantastic job & everyone was pleasant to work with!!! Great experience, don’t go anywhere else!!
