Took almost an hour for the warehouse to load an order that was in storage. It was only 9 boxes of vinyl, a roll of underlayment, and some moldings. I used to work at floor and decor in Plano, Tx ans the warehouse supervisor and I would’ve been embarrassed if I had a customer waiting for their prepared order that long.

Every employee in this store said hello and asked if we needed help. When we asked questions, sometimes there were 3 employees adding input. They walked us to the proper areas. The store manager himself brought tile samples to give us a different look. There aren't enough good adjectives to describe our experience. There was no badgering; only helpful hints and questions. This is the place to come if you want a great selection to choose from and terrific help.

Tom G (I’m pretty sure that was on his name tag!) went above and beyond to help me load my cart when he saw I needed help, he was in the middle of doing something else but immediately dropped what he was doing to help me. An associate called a different person to the parking lot to help me load my vehicle after I checked out, but while the other associate was helping me I think Tom was getting ready to go home as I saw him at his car. He even stopped then to give me another helping hand. It’s so rare to have someone be willing to help like that without having to ask for it first. The LVP was WAY heavier than I ever expected and so the help was super appreciated. Just wanted to give a shout out. Thanks Tom

I came in for some extra tile and some schluters for my bathroom project. Khalif was so helpful and efficient with helping me get the things I needed and he even helped me pick out the right color. It is so refreshing to have employees who love what they do and help customers like me with a smile and a kind heart. 10/10 recommend.

Went to purchase tile for one of my new homes and was recommended to come to this store by the contractor I’m working with. There was an older salesman who attended me and was super rude throughout the whole process. I ended up spending a few thousand dollars for tile because I was already there but I would not recommend this place. At the time of checkout I had a large stack of money in cash and he made a rude comment about it and I asked to speak to the manager since I thought it was Inappropriate what he said but he just walked off and didn’t care. I will be going to another location for my next projects because the customer service is not it here considering you are spending thousands of dollars in supplies…

Exceptional selection for tile and hardwood. It’s way more “floor” than “decor”. This is not a Home Goods. This place is perfect for picking out new flooring options, backsplashes or shower tiles.

I've been looking for a certain ceramic bath towel holder. I've looked on the inter-net, Lowes, Home, depot and Floor & Decor. No store could help me. I decided to look again at Floor and Decor still no such item. I found a sales person and asked her to check to see if they could order my item. They couldn't, but she made a call to another sales person, he confirmed Floor & Decor didn't have or could order my item, but he said he would search the internet for my item. I had already done that but I was desperate. In less than a minute he located my item. I went home and ordered.

If you're into product choice overload, this is your place. Huge selections of everything we looked at. Some of the pricing is a bit confusing, but if you pay attention, you'll get it figured out.
One problem we had was when trying to find something, we asked an associate and she told us aisle A7.
For the life of us, we couldn't find aisle numbers. It was our first visit, so we may have missed something very obvious.
They have several mockups for showers to help with envisioning your dream bathroom, so kudos for that.
We saw associates everywhere when we walked in, but when we finally had questions, we had to go looking.
The parking lot seems to be large enough for a crowd, so we had no issues finding a place to park.
We didn't buy anything, we were just looking for ideas for a future bathroom remodel, but they seem to have anything you would ever need for flooring and tiles.
