I took my truck here, after being in accident that damaged almost every qtr panel, because they seemed friendly over the phone, but mainly, because they were able to get it in quicker than any other collision shop. Actually, My truck should have probably been totaled, so there was a ton of work needed.The week prior, I placed my son’s car into another repair shop after his little accident. Five Star’s communication, availability, compassion, and attention to detail blew the other repair shop out of the water., My truck was out 2 weeks before my son’s car was ready.I can’t tell you how happy I was with Five Star! Their attention to me and the truck, was better than I ever expected. I recommend them to anyone!

This is a top-notch auto body shop! The employees are friendly, and professional. I was informed of everything they were doing from beginning to end. I would recommend them to anyone. If ever in need I will definitely return!

Ben was great! I had an issue with my car and I went by to get it fixed and he fixed it with no issue! He was fast! I will be sure to always come to him if I ever need something fixed with my car!

I highly recommend this business. Two years ago my wife's Lexus had extensive hail damage. Five Star restored it to "like new" condition but sometimes when driving on rough roads something rattled somewhere around the roof that was difficult to pinpoint. We finally called them a couple of weeks ago to let them know and they told us to take it in. It took them a couple of days to find and fix the source of the rattle, but they did it with a smile.Service: Body & Trim

Liana and everyone at 5 star autoplex were great to deal with. It was a super easy process. They did an awesome job on my rear end damage. Body lines are perfect and paint matched exactly to factory specs. It looks and operates just how it did before my collision. They argued with my insurance for the new lift gate motor for me and were extremely professional with regular updates. If I ever need body work again, I will be back here. They even got me some extra money in my pocket by explaining what a diminshed value claim is.

They were great, did a good job with the repair and got the vehicle completed in a little over a week. I also requested the use of OEM body panels (rear bumper) instead of aftermarket due to a poor experience with Service King using aftermarket panels. They did exactly as I requested and worked with the insurance company on my behalf. Paint and body lines were spot on and the best part, they detailed the interior of my car while it was in their care, completely unexpected but they did a great job. I'd definitely recommend and will go back again for any future needs.

very very helpful and kept me updated. it did take them 5 weeks to repair my bumper , however that was only because the final piece they needed was on back order. my car looks absolutely fantastic and looks brand new! very pleased!!Services: Painting
