This bank branch is really a disaster, the line is always long, the staff is too slow, apart from being in a bad mood, I wanted to help by giving a good rating but nothing good can really be rescued here if you have the opportunity to go to another branch please do it, the The staff here don't want to work.

Glad they are opened Sundays. The big bright manager called my check fake. Very loudly and rude. I worked for my money! But she said no to cashing my check, once. Very inconvenient. But besides that. Most of the tellers are nice.

They dont even deserve a 1 star review.. The service is the worst at this location. The employees have a horrible attitude towards the customers, IF YOU DONT LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB, DON’T WORK IN ONE , SIMPLE!! .. they take like 30-40mnts in one transaction and to make it worse. They do it with a bad attitude .

Horrible service. Was waiting in the "Express Deposit Only" line for over an hour with only two people in front of me. Finally one of the other lines helped when the teller skipped over me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waiting in line for over 30mins to make a withdrawal manually with a teller. There was 3 tellers with a line going out the door then the gentleman left and went to lunch or something. They were assisting other customers in the express line when you have 20 people that have been standing there for over 30mins. They need a better arrangements as to which line should be helped.

Yes the workers on berry first convenience bank lie to people when they set up the accounts so no one need to bank with them at all and they are always randomly charging people account with stuff they didn't make a traction with so who ever banks with them make sure you have a lawyer on stand by because the manger doesn't even want to help the customer at all the refuse to help people with their problems #worse bank ever

Nothing about this location is convenient. You literally have to stand In line hours for any help. The express line should not be available when you have people waiting in line for hours. Waited in line a whole hour to get a replacement card. It’s ridiculous. Half of the time the atm is down.
