Really should be called First Inconvenience Bank. I've been banking here for 10+ years and while it started off great, it's gone seriously downhill in the last year or so. They flag every other transaction as fraud, their customer service is the absolute worst I have ever had the displeasure to deal with, they're notorious for not letting deposits actually hit your account when they're supposed to, and although they claim to work with Zelle they make the limit so low that you can't do ANYTHING at all on the app. Will be switching to an actual bank ASAP.

Thanks to the manager at this branch for making a wrong right. 1st convenience is losing my trust in this bank. Adding a charge that they didn't have 4 years ago is stupid. But I guess everybody has to make money some kind of way.

The worst experience when I spoke with someone at the branch (she did not say what her name was) today 1/18/23. I called this place to ask about the status of my business card because its been almost two months without one and the girl was not helpful at all (by the way she said she's been working for the bank for 7 years). What a shame!!! 7 years of poor customer service! If you don't like your job and there's no customer service skills within you, you must change jobs!!Every time I called customer service to put an order, they never told me I have to go inside the branch to get it order, and that they can't do it through the phone because they need to verify who you are.That's not a problem at all, but the problem comes whenever there's multiple people telling me different things and that the card is on the way but in reality there's nothing on the way. They never placed an order in the first place!I finally went to the branch last week and the guy there went ahead and put an order for me (this time was for real I think)and they even provided a tracking number for me which was very helpful but when I plugged it in online nothing came up (weird right???!!!!!!!) When I called today, going back to my first sentence on this post, the girl who answered the phone was very rude, she barely allowed me to talk, and she kept on asking me for the carrier otherwise there was nothing else she could do. I was hoping for more help since I have been without a card for the past two months. This is for anyone that reads this post, be aware of which bank you're putting your money into.

Kendra, very unprofessional, why would I put my phone on speaker I'd your already touching it? And you weren't even helping the customer on the phone when you took it. Either way instead of answering him you spoke to me. Her communication skills are horrible.

I just spent an hour with an amazing teller named Camille! It was a frustrating reason but she sat with me and worked with me And my other bank to figure out a transaction problem for an hour. I over heard before I went to her for my bank problem that she was about to go on break for lunch and she sat with me yall and help me figure this out hungry. I love her and the staff here they really show that they care and will help you figure out all you’re money situations. Thank you 1st convenience bank!!!!

Slow! One person at the teller desk and the other is sitting at her desk while there are 11 customers being held one at a time. Go to the branch on Rufe Snow at Walmart and save yourself some time!

The banking experience was amazing due to amazing people, like the branch manager John, for example, and how he was able to respond to our needs despite the Covid disruption. I recommend FCB for any one who wants quality service, without costinf an arm and a leg. At the most challenging moment, when no one else was even willing to hear it, john came through and went the extra mile to help.
