Great location in a very convenient location. I always schedule ahead with an appointment and have no problems every time I go. If you want to make sure you get taken care of I recommend making sure to set an appointment, if you choose to just walk in you set your self up for a busy day. Given this location is in Alliance it’s going to be busy so appointments are the best way to go. I will give props to the staff in the front. I have seen some very demanding people get upset because they cannot provide a service they don’t offer. Which seems ridiculous to get upset about.Great workers that make a great staff and give our great service.

No one called me to inform me the vehicle was ready. I was walking the shopping center waiting on a call. I walked back to Firestone my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I was in the store the employee (LARGE white male) was on the phone. I am standing right in front of him. He hung up the phone and called I am assuming Human Resources because he told them I am trying to bring this guys in at 17 an hour. When he got off the phone he took his time gathering my paper work. I went out to my truck only to get in and find a set of Ford car keys in my console. I walked by in and the LARGE white male just would not let me say a word. Aggressively saying are those not your keys Did someone leave those in your car. I gave him the keys and walked out. I feel like I should have thrown them in the trash

This is the SECOND visit to this Tehama location, because of proximity to home, but I'll NEVER go back. I've gone to Golden Triangle(no issues) and my usual location I go to is 377 Watauga(no issues)...but TEHAMA location...just flat out DON'T GO. I have an account here, my family have been customers for over 30 years, me personally 20yrs. I needed a plug for a slow leak, and a tire rotation. All I was met with(young lady with glasses) was sorry we're booked up and we close early today. Not even a "let me see if we can plug your tire, and make an appointment POSSIBLY TOMORROW for the tire rotation." NOTHING!! No regard for the safety of a customer. Plugging a tire to HELP A CUSTOMER for safety and NOT be on the side of the road somewhere was just TOO MUCH to ask because they close early today...SUNDAY...I was there a little after 1p. They close at 5p! Went to Watauga location...they were busy, but I was met with, "How can we help you today?" They were busy, but they were accommodating and while I waied, they let me know that a job on another car was finishing up and my car was next. You know...ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! The woman at the front counter listened, helped, and got in to have my car serviced... AND let me know of a tire sale coming up next month...yes I do need tires soon and she suggested I get in on the sale. I will. Again STAY AWAY FROM TEHAMA RIDGE LOCATION. My opinion, you make your own mind up, but I won't let them give me BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE for a THIRD Time. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but that location's front desk people are NOT TRAINED well at all.

9am appointment on Saturday, 1/6. Took 15 minutes to just get to talk to someone when i arrived. Did not get a call about vehicle. Decided to call at 4pm. Associate said pulling vehicle in now. (7 hours later). Never received a call the work was completed. I called the following day to check and it took 3 calls to even get through. Barely got an apology and the work was done the previous day. 24 hours for an oil change. I am done with Firestone. Ridiculous business model.

The store was short staffed when I arrived but the manager on duty and his staff were very efficient in getting everyone taken care of.

Took two cars here, weird how the tech said they both had the same problems. But not the problem I told them both had. Took these vehicles elsewhere and was confirmed I was correct. Thank God their inspection cost is cheap cuz they have zero clue what they are doing.

I will be coming back for multiple reasons, one the great service the young lady I believe her name Bella provided.Another reason is because of the alignment for life she sold me. I will be coming for that more often, thanks for the information on the credit card that helped me sign up at ease. This is a great to start off my new years .

Guess what you maybe should not bring your car here to this location! I am very knowledgeable about carshowever I don't have gauges to do some pressure test and compression test or a computer to do other tests. They're also made to be some electrical test that need to be done with a light and I don't have it.The vehicle I brought in has a lot of sentimental value my father left it to me and currently I broke down in Texas so I'm living in the vehicle. I took the vehicle in one of the issues it has is the transmission line can slip and needs to manually be pushed in by hand. It takes me 2 seconds to do this without a lift or anything because it's accessible on the ground without jacking up the car.They're in the shop they have lifts to actually pick up the car and all kinds of equipment needless to say one of the technicians came out and started stating he wouldn't even see the car and I explained to him it's been running for months like this.I've just been doing gig work and can drive to gig work to get the tools to fix that now that it's not starting I had to get a job and I'm not going back to Arizona I'll probably be living in Texas for a little bit.Needless to say they accepted it but then he started stating that he has a transmission job he needs to do and he might not even see it today.With the equipment they have there I could rebuild three transmissions and install a transmission maybe two in an 8-hour shift.I am one to say that you can learn a lot from young people age has nothing to do with it however this young adult young man look very inexperienced due to his attitude he probably doesn't even know how to do manual testing on a vehicle and just wants the computer to do anything for him which can result in negative testing when you have encountered it with actual mechanical knowledge and experience.Hopefully that's not the issue or maybe there's another skilled technician that'll look at it but I will post another review after this to let you know if my diagnostic was wrong and they do have good mechanics there to take your car in and it's an okay place to leave them.Or I will confirm that you should probably never take your vehicle here for more than a basic tune up because that's what the skill level is of the technicians.For the record I already have an appointment set at 11:00 and I believe it's an hour and a half time slot it takes up so let's plenty of time to do a decent diagnostic and I even told them I'd be willing to pay more if it goes over that but I really doubt they're going to do any diagnostic and any diagnostic they do and come back with I'm going to test that to confirm myself because I really feel that their technicians are unable and this might be something I have to take to a small claims.Also I let them know I'm in no rush I have to do a lot of other things today so I can wait until 7:00 when they close to go check on the vehicle

absolute worst and most unprofessional tire place on the planet. Came here for a simple oil change and it took 4+ hours to complete. No communication anywhere with me about why it was taking so long and a female staff worker that kept giving me attitude. I would have been better off getting my one year old nephew to fix the car himself and it would be done quicker. DO NOT GO TO THEM EVER
