Approximately six months ago I hired fire rescue moving service. I am a teacher and was referred to this company thinking they were someone I could trust. Things turned out to be a nightmare and I would not wish this on anyone else. Rather than arriving with a company vehicle the crew showed up with a U-haul and none of them had on a uniform. As the moving process began the crew began repeatedly asking for “Sprite, Gatorade, water or Coke” and I happened to have some in my refrigerator so I gave it to them. They laid outside on the ground and one of them threw up, likely from being hung over. Upon completion of the move they demanded cash only and cost way more than initially estimated. I had to make another trip to the ATM and paid them as they requested plus a tip. I asked for a receipt only to be told it would be sent to me later. Once I was able to start looking at my furniture I noticed my beautiful couch from pottery barn was damaged very badly with holes being torn in the suede. The headboard to my bed had dark stains from head oils from the crew member carrying it on his head. I also had several items come up missing. All of this took place with a move only one mile from Clearfork to Hulen. Over the next weeks I communicated with the office about the damages and missing items. They initially said they’d see what they could do only to be given the run-around and excuse after excuse. In all they caused over $1,000 of damage to my furniture not including the other missing items. The owner of the company said he would send compensation based on a price per pound yet he never weighed anything. He promised he was mailing a check to my current address and months later still nothing has arrived. When I call the business number it is no longer the same company. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and I have been left feeling powerless and that I was taken advantage of. I would ask anyone considering using this company to go a different direction. This company should not be allowed to be in business!

I signed a contract for movers to show up at 10:00, I called Reggie at 9:30 to advise we were ready when they were. Reggie said the started another job and he would call me right back to advise updated time. HE NEVER CALLED BACK AND NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP!! Called for several hours and only got answering machine. They didn't even have the decency to advise they were not coming!! DO NOT SCHEDULE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED UNPROFESSIONALLY!!

DO NOT USE! Broke our $2500.00 glass dining table. Offered $111.00 settlement. Realize your stuff is under insured when using this company and if and when they break your stuff, too bad, your on your own. Crew was not conscious of loading. They got our brand new Temperpedic mattresses filthy. Do not recommend.

I used this company to move from Texas to Utah. They were extremely considerate of the timeline I need to get my belonging to the new location. They were fast and delivered my belongings sooner then the expected delivery date. I will definitely use them again.

We have used this company 3 times now over the course of 6 years and they are the only moving company I recommend. Their service has been top notch each time and they exercise great care when moving your furniture especially up and down stairs and through doorways. The guys are always friendly and each time they've followed up to make sure my expectations were met. They are the only moving company I'll ever use.

I've used Fire Rescue Moving for 3 moves and would recommend to all my friends. They are detailed, wrap everything, and all nice guys. I've never had an issue!

The two guys were great! So nice and very friendly. They had my apartment loaded into the truck in an hour after breaking down my bed and wrapping the furniture. I'm slightly worried one box of dishes has a few broken pieces, but that's user error

Could not be more impressed by the movers that I had today. Diligent, careful, and positive attitudes amongst the entire group. Very efficient and time sensitive. I will hire again going forward, and would recommend to anyone.
