I used to shop here more. The quality of the vegetables & fruit are lower now but the prices have gone up. After buying $35 worth of groceries tonight. I picked up all my bags so I thought. The girl put the remaining bags on top of the wheel and handed them to me. I asked if that was everything and she said yes but than handed me another bag that was hidden on the wheel next to the register on her side, why? I said TY and ask a second time is that everything and again she replied yes. So that was 2 times I actually asked! I saw her ring up my vegs.
I got home and started preparing a Fri night meal to find I don't have onions tomatoes and other vegetables I need for the meal and why ? Because the lady at the register never gave me my bag of vegetables. Wow even after double checking and asking two times!
Now I can't make my meal and have to spend money to eat out after coming home from shopping. I live 15+ mins away so it's not worth wasting 30+ mins and having to drive back in the store. No and I've never had this issue one time ever, especially after asking ( twice ) yes twice for my groceries after paying for them. OK you got me this time but Im not shopping Festa market ever again, so good for you! I did call the store and yes they confirmed the bag was still there.

Some time they have only two registers open with long lines. Once purchased an item from another Fiesta, was a wrong item took it back to this store for refund and a manager told me I have to take it back to the Fiesta I originally purchased from, for what reason he was trying to give me a hard time do I contacted their headquarters and was told as long as i had my receipt I can get a refund i made this call infront of the manger and i got my refund

i went in for some chorizo but the cooler was blowing hot told the manager he came back with bring it back if it aint any good.oh yeah that would happen but the store was clean & fully stocked & had cashiers .yeah!

There’s always a homeless person by the door begging for money, to the right of the door.
Every time I go here I’m standing in line for 20 minutes no exaggeration.

Great store. But the lines are long at times because they only have an average of 3 lines open at a time. Fresh seafood most of the time which Walmart can't say ?

The fruit usually has brown spots all over them. Also the store smells like bad fish. Avoid.

The worst party I have ever seen, the area with the meats all ugly and the seafood smelling rotten and they have a fish tank with fish and the water all dirty, really a disaster, poor hygiene, the same with the vegetables all old, they should report it to health because to stop Being a food market there is no good hygiene.
