You guys must have for gotten about the handicap customers, You dont even have one handicap cart in your store. The carts did make it a little easier for handicap people to do there shopping and to be able to get the things we needed just by having the handicap carts and parking available like you do " THIS STORE "on N. 28th St. has been out of carts for months That's not good by not having some carts is going to make your customer's start going some where else. Everybody is not able to get around like that. You really need to get some carts for your customer's. And your paying for parking lot security for what because you don't have any carts.

I usually don’t take time to post reviews but I have to post about this particular store because of the wonderful experience I had with a manger named Yesenia. After having a horrible day at work I decided to get lunch at the cafeteria and with her kindness and conversation, she helped me to have a better day. The food was delicious and the customer service was the best I’ve seen in a long time. It’s not easy to find managers this special anymore. I loved the food, company and atmosphere. I will definitely be recommending this particular manager and store to my friends and family. You can’t find homemade Mexican food like this anywhere in the dfw area! Thank you again Yesenia for a new fav place to eat!!

Decent produce. The chocoflan they sell up at the front near the bakery is always good and moist. I don't recommend going on the weekend if you're only going in for a quick trip to grab a few things because the lines are horribly long, even in the 15 item checkout (if it's open). Decent sales on drinks and produce. They have papers at the front for their deals that week.

Expensive and not a large variety of food.
Small location compared to Dallas Texas locations and more expensive. I shop here only for Ramen Noodles.

I went with the intention of buying grilled meat today from outside the store but was disappointed with the cleanliness of the table and the grill. I was also surprised that they had cooked both beef and fish on the same grill due to the cross contamination between both. Sorry to say that I will not be buying anymore grilled meat from here anymore. It's a shame since I had bought grilled meat before and it was always clean and the meat was always very tender with great flavor.

The produce and meat departments have really gone down in quality. Old fruits and vegetables, odd cuts of meat, with lots of water in leaking meat trays. It's getting bad.

Today buy sweet bread a soda drink and a pound of cheese Lady at the register charge me 14.00 fair price problem is they do not hand you the grocery bag so I have 5 items I pick up 2 bags I got home I missing a third bag this is the third time it happens to me I thought I had everything I bought why so many bags why they do not put them on top of a table where you can see instead of a lazy susan where you can only see bags hanging all around thank you.

I go here from time to time but today was probably one of their bad days. Got some fish from this location and I got home and discovered the fishes were bad. Called the store and was told there is nothing they can do about it. Please check your food before leaving this store. Don’t let them sell you frozen dishes as that may be hiding the damages. Customer service Zero, ready to sell poisoning to the community.
