I've never had an issue with this place. 99% of my business has been done online with the product picked up in store, usually well before the time they stated it would be. Solid place. Usually very helpful employees.

I almost never return items and had large items to return today and this Fedex made the process so easy and the gentleman working was amazing! He greeted me right away, even though he was helping someone else, asked questions to understand what I needed and explained the process and just made it so easy. This type of service makes me want to to choose Fedex for all shipping needs because the service is so good. Thanks!

So I called three different locations and I decided to come here (mainly since Amanda sounded friendlier). I had an idea of what I wanted, of course Denym or Amanda only wanted to make me happy. I took a lot of their time and they were soooo patient with me and I left a happy customer! Thank you so much, you deserve a raise!!!

Went in to print a couple documents printer has some POS system tied to it and to log on a computer which i had to pay for kept having to pay before i could print or do anything. System didn't work for whatever reason. Employees were no help. stop automating things.
