Went in to print a couple documents printer has some POS system tied to it and to log on a computer which i had to pay for kept having to pay before i could print or do anything. System didn't work for whatever reason. Employees were no help. stop automating things.

I requested Dustin to assist me with making copies. I told him that i already made copies a few days ago at a FedEx location. They charged me for all the pages but some pages didn't print. He said i had to start all over. Even though I was not pleased with the answer, I proceeded. He insisted I use the self service. I had 97 pages so i told him i needed help. He said he will help me when he can. I was the first customer there. He proceeded to help everyone that came into the store. It took me almost a hour to figure out how to use the machine! My papers were getting stuck. They placed multiple holds on my card. Very frustrating. I don't understand why he couldn't service me but insisted on servicing everyone else. This experience really made me sad. I ended up spending double the money than what i was supposed to. He showed no sense of care or acknowledgment.

Other than the parking situation, this is a nice location. Extremely clean and stocked with supplies. Stopped by today and I'm glad I did. The lady that helped me was fantastic (red hair). Very kind and pleasant. The small talk wasn't forced and although people may have not been nice prior to me coming in, she remained professional and composed. Sending love and positive energy to this location. "You never know what people are going through". She said this to me after she said she'd wish people would just be nice. Truth is, she's right. You don't know what people are going through and it should be common courtesy to just be kind. Especially to someone who is providing a service to you. Anyways, glad we crossed paths and I hope the day got better.

Just left this location, customer service is the absolute worst! The person behind the counter was completely unhelpful couldn’t even provide other suggestions on their own mailing options.
