Used express/overnight shipping and have yet to receive my package! Nobody is giving clear information as to why and there's absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone at this facility! Horrible! Supervisors are CLUELESS, the people working the social media pages are CLUELESS as well. It makes no sense to me

I would rate them 0 stars if I could. this facility has a package I need for work it should have arrived on Friday (it did not and no slip was left stating they attempted a delivery). I waited until Monday the following week which the tracking stated that the package was to arrive between 9:00am and 1:30pm and then changed to "before 4:30pm" that day. I waited by the door (as I said this package was needed for my JOB) and at 4:27 I recieved yet another email notification stating they "attempted" a delivery, but once again there was no slip left to tell me which facility my package was at. it did not even state in the email what location it was at. I had to call fedex customer service to find out the location it was held at. I am incredibly upset at this facility for neglecting to deliver my package on time and then lying about the delivery attempts. if you could just have left me a slip or notified me that the delivery was attempted, i would have believed that the delivery was attempted and I just missed it. but no note was given and I was home, all day, by the DOOR.

It started off very well. Very easy self explanatory job. But not even a full week of being there our pay rate changed from $17/hr to $13. With no warning & a notice after 2 days of it being changed. Totally inconsiderate to the new hire-ons since we applied to a job that was paying $17 not $13.

Awesome place. People are nice and it definitely seems like an awesome place to work. Just got done with an orientation there and the onsite manager definitely knows how to put a nervous potential employee at ease.

Terrible service. The front bald headed dude with the glasses was absolutely the rudest agent I've ever come across. It's a shame I didn't get his name but the dude made me feel super uncomfortable. I hope management looks into his behavior because I won't be coming back to this location. I knew I liked UPS for a reason he just gave the company an even worse reputation with myself and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
