Shaila in this location was very rude and unprofessional to us. Am thinking of taking my business elsewhere. I went to print a document and take 2 passport pictures for my mephew. She said it was the second time she was seeing us at this location and had no time to assist us even though I never asked her for help with the printing. What I needed her help with was 2 passport pictures. Management needs to look at the video interactions for 6/11 at around 5:30 pm. Very unprofessional. I will be calling corporate office to report as this is no way to treat a customer. We went and got great customer service at the location off Riverside drive.

I was having trouble printing my wedding invitations and went to fedex to see if this was a faster and more affordable option and it definitely was. Both Sabrina and Shaila were extremely helpful during my first visit when I went in to see what could be done and to get a quote. The second time I visited, Sabrina helped me print samples so I could take home to show my fiancé. A few days later I emailed Sabrina the copies and the next day she had it ready for me and they turned out so great! I’m so happy with my order and can’t wait to put it all together this weekend. Also I want to thank Jason for assisting with the order as well. Overall, such a positive experience and I’ll definitely be back for any printing needs. Thank you again, especially Sabrina! You really helped this bride a ton!

So staff is super friendly but when it comes to shipping. GO TO ANOTHER FEDEX I Goto the one in Walmart Saginaw and it’s ships same day. Here i have it to them about September 1 it’s the 6th and still in Fort Worth. Just if shipping out go somewhere else the people are alright as well whatever to get you out. I told the lady it was fragile and she kinda just waved me off. All in all ID GO ELSEWHERE FOR SURE

Sabrina was AMAZING!!! I had to print out memorial booklets for my Dad’s service that was going to be in 2 hours. My printer wasn’t working and I had the Canva app on my phone and it wasn’t working well either. I explained to her what I needed. She said she could take care of it and would call me so I could run around and get other things finished. She called me and I was able to get them picked up with 50 mins to spare!!!She was a Godsend! They turned out beautifully! Thank you!!!!! #1 Customer service!

Ron was super helpful and was willing to answer questions when I sent off my mail. He did not break the label maker! It just ran out of labels lol. Great service. Fast and easy.

Thanks to Shaila at Fedex office 6600 North fwy suite 132 Fort Worth Tx. She has a amazing customer service very professional, and courteous. I needed to make copies and the moment I walked in she welcomed me and helped me. Shaila is an asset to your company and thanks to personnel like her is why I prefer FedEx.

I don't ship items much, but the last two times I've used this store, I've received amazing customer service. Today a young man helped save me a few bucks, and was genuinely friendly. Long-term customer for sure.
