I walked in with my package and prepaid shipping label on it. I showed the counter employee, and l said “I need to mail this.” He looked at it and said “Prepaid label. Thank you very much.” I said thank you,” and I turned and left. The walk from the car to the counter and back probably took a minute or less. I walk slow. This is my second time using Fed Ex and I will continue to use them.

These people are straight trash nobody to contact only the damn virtual assistants you pay for 2day priority shipping and 5days later you won’t receive anything. Don’t waste your time or money.

Our FedEx & UPS drivers know to deliver our pkgs to the apt office during open hours, not our apt doorstep & not left at the apt office door step when they're closed for porch pirates to steal. Do better.

Paid to overnight a $500 item. The fedex box used was clearly marked on all sides “RUSH” and “PERSIHABLE”. They failed to deliver overnight. According to tracking, it went out for delivery at 8am the next morning and the driver let it sit on a truck in 106 degree weather until they delivered it at 5:15pm. It is a prescription so for now, I’ll be filing in small claims court for $500 and of course also via FedEx. It was blazing hot upon arrival despite having been packed in a styrofoam cooler with ice packs. I cannot imagine why they would have done that. Additionally, I had to be home for two days in a row in order to receive this delivery. I have sat in front of a window for two days afraid to even go to the bathroom in case I miss the delivery. If I become sick from it, there will probably be more damages I.e hospital, treatment, etc. If the fedex facility sees this post, please leave a phone number I can contact to resolve the issue. I have already filed a claim with FedEx but am willing to resolve directly with the facility.

Had go there and pick up a package,that whoever was suppose to had delay because he stated that he try twice, but that was absolutely not true. Both ladies working there were really kind. Excellent service and very professional.

Awesome, I had a fragile package delivered here from another state and it arrived earlier than expected, the lady there was kind and helpful but I missed her name. If every employee is like that nice lady then I recommend.

Customer service at this place is horrible. I had a really big box to pick up, and I'm only 4'11", the guy that finally came to the front to assist me was very rude and dismissive and offered NO assistance. This place is terrible!

Paid for overnight deliver for important documents all for them not or even to make an attempt to deliver my said overnight package that contained important documents. They tried to blame it on inclement weather when there absolutely was no inclement weather that could of stopped them from delivering my package on time and then they continue to not let you speak to supervisors when you ask. I swear if I have to get anything shipped again and it’s through fed ex I assume pay the extra to choose someone else. The absolute worst postal and customer service I’ve ever experienced.
