I needed to fax some paperwork it was five minutes to close. I was told to leave and come back tomorrow because the fax would take too long. I am back in the store today and the staff is rude. Downtown FORT WORTH Tx. ON HOUSTON STREET.

Cutting machine in the front for customers is broken. The lady who works there “fixed it” and after I used it one time, it broke again. Then proceeded to charge me for their professional cutting in the back. I brought it up but they just said I tried to cut too many papers at once and their machine was broken.I only was trying to cut 5 at a time.Poor customer service.

My package is still in Customs without any news Fedex did not tell me the risks because it is the first time I have shipped to Mexico.

Ordered signs for a work conference here and the signs looked great and were on-time. Pick-up was easy enough although there was a bit of a line and only two employees able to assist.They offer shipping, printing, packing, etc. - all the essential FedEx things one would expect of a FedEx store. I would recommend their services for future printing or pick-up needs.

Horrible costumer service from FedEx! (None existing) I've been calling multiple numbers and they all have automated systems, and they will not transfer me to a real person.They have been late 2 days in a row for my SCHEDULED Delivery that REQUIRES A SIGNATURE because IT IS A VERY EXPENSIVE MEDICATION THAT NEEDS TO BE REFRIGERATED, and today is day 3 since they picked it up from the pharmacy, there is a reason why this was scheduled to be an overnight delivery.I need to know if it's been at least refrigerated over night, or if it has been out the whole time.I'm putting this medication in my body.. so I NEED to know it is still safe to use! Don't want to end up blaming any side effects on the medication when it could be just a spoiled dose.And NO! I can't pick it up myself! I can't drive and im not paying uber. Just answer the phone and tell me if the package has been refrigerated overnight or not!(It's already 1:18pm March 3rd)

Website says that FedEx takes care of taking photos for passport application/renewal and sending it to the proper office. I went here and they refused to help with any of the process. So who is wrong, the website or the staff? I was told to just go to the post office instead. Save yourself the trouble from going here even if it’s for packages. They may not do that either.

I don't want to leave this review for this specific location, just for FedEx as a whole. They have the worst automated system I have ever delt with in my life, it has not once successfully scheduled a pick up for me. Then I have to be transferred to an associate every time and repeat the same information... it shouldn't take 25 minutes to schedule a pick up for a package...

FedEx had done the print job for our annual conference for two years now. They are way less expensive than competitors and do the job quickly and professionally.This year there was a mistake on one of the prints. They reprinted the books and drove over an hour to drop them off in time for the start of the conference. Above and beyond. Thanks!!

I'm going to give the experience 3 stars. The lady behind the counter seemed to have an attitude while handling my package. Awkward exchange.The positive side the air conditioning worked well, making the stop a refreshing experience on a hott day.

They have misplaced my package and it's been over a week, they won't give me my money back and they say i need to contact the shipper to refund me yet they are the ones who lost my package and delivered to the wrong place. horrible customer service.
