This place is a ripoff charging twice as much for jobs as necessary. Makes no business sense to treat customers this way sacrificing long term business for short term profit.

The manager Matthew was attentive. Noticed I had a box in my hand and asked if it was ready to go? Once I said yes, he grabbed it, taped my label and asked if I needed a receipt. You're probably wondering why this is a big deal... well customer service was in the front of his mind AND he was wrapping up the vacuum which indicated to me that he's not above doing duties either. Matthew could've easily made me wait behind the person behind help but he stopped what he was doing to get me taken care of. Clean store. Great location if you ask me. Sanitizing station also full.

Left an international package with the FedEx On-site team, making sure to include the Commercial Invoice, but the package was returned to me due to “Improper or missing paperwork - Missing Commercial Invoice”

Been using this location for the previous few months. Even though I use the self-serve copiers, the staff's customer service is really good. In the few times I've ever needed anything beyond copies, the staff went out of their way to accommodate my request. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Use FedEx Office!

Went in to get a envelope and asked for a small piece of bubble wrap less than a 1x1 ft that most places would give if you are shipping something but not here they want to charge you 10 dollars will never return to this place

I thought I needed to come here but decided to use the USPO instead because this place was so understaffed that I didn't want to wait as long as I thought I might. A young woman went in ahead of me and waited a while. I noticed that an employee was on the phone, another helping another customer. Yet another employee was way in the back making copies? I thought It's gonna be a while after no one announced they would help us. So I took it upon myself to leave. I know. It was rash but I was about to be treated in a surly manner at the USPO so I thought...what the hell...

My mother and I had some important business to take care of and was not sure how to go about it. We went into FedEx on Camp Bowie were we met Ivy ! She was the most wonderful Customer service person I had dealt with in a long time. She was professional and fast ! I recommend FedEx on Camp Bowie to everyone!!

This place is awful. They don't understand their own online tool. Their customer service is horrible. They're inaccurate & they take zero accountability for their mistakes. Worst. Customer experience. Ever.

I went in to the store today and was ill prepared, but Shaniqua walked me through the process. After explaining the options, she took my project on and finished it sooner than expected. Everything came out perfect. Thanks again for the help!

Don't waste your time here. Go to a REAL copy and print center. Bunch of incompetent zombies here that have no sense of urgency.

Would give no stars if possible. Sent my wife to ship a 60 lb box and she asked for help to get it in the store. The manager working the counter pointed to an empty cart as if to say "get it yourself ". I called and spoke with him and he essentially said that my wife was lying. Will never use this location again

My Fedex delivery guy might hate his job. Besides throwing my boxes on the porch now he broke my glass table. Last time, he just threw a "sacred" package on the floor.
