I am a foster for a rescue and I had to have one of my cats euthanized today. I have never had to be there for this process and the entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. I’m extremely sad about what happened to my baby but I will forever appreciate the thorough and thoughtful process of the doctors and staff. I truly believe that my cat received the best possible care and I truly appreciate that. Thank you to everyone to was there for me today.❤️

Family Pet Care was professional and competent in handling my terrified cat who had been traumatized before by men, and who goes over the back fence if anyone but me comes in the house or back yard. He got the shots he needed for his severe bladder infection - an ordeal for everyone concerned as he escaped due to a faulty cat carrier, but a success over all. I highly recommend them.

I had to do a rabies quarantine on my cat due to another vet being negligent. The staff here were more than accommodating and understanding. They hadn’t done a rabies quarantine for a cat and they went above and beyond helping us out last minute to get the quarantine done. They took amazing care of my cat and were excited to give updates when I called and asked how she was doing. This vet is further away from us, but is where we will be taking our animal from now on!

The staff at Family PetCare really care about every animal and human that walks through the door. Their compassion and expertise is extraordinary. Dr. Morgan and Dr Morton are excellent vets. The hospital and kennel staff all have huge hearts and care deeply for the pets you bring them.

Today is probably one of the hardest day in our life when we have to let go of our veloved Fred. We came to the clinic to get a second opinion unfortunately the diagnosis was final, the staff was just amazing and help us in this extremely painful process they show us compassion and professionalism in every step of the way. I just whant to thank you guys for all you did for our family and Fred.

I took my critically ill cat into this east Fort Worth vet clinic. The vet I saw was fine and exhibited the proper mix of concern, compassion and medical knowledge. Unfortunately, the cat died a few hours after leaving the clinic. My problem happened the next day, when the young man who called to check on the cat was clueless. He seemed shocked that the cat had died and didn't know how to respond. I asked if I could return the medications that were in original packaging that had never even come out of the bag. These were not pills but products in their original, unopened packages. The answer was no, we don't take those back; they're yours now. The biggest problem I have with this clinic is that it pretty blatantly puts money above all else. Almost all vet care is outrageously expensive these days, but I've been going to this clinic off and on since my first litter of pups was breed there by AI in 2009. It just gets worse and worse. Before they even looked at my cat, the vet tech asked how much I wanted to spend. This is a double-edged question. On the one hand, it's nice that they don't want to overcharge you without some degree of knowledge. But on the other, it can be read as a way to take you for every cent you're able to spend, which they came close to doing. That's a slight improvement from the previous time (about 4 years ago), when the vet gave me a list of all the things that needed to be done for the dog, most of which were unnecessary, with a price tag of thousands of dollars. There's no way I would recommend this clinic, and I doubt I will use them again except in an emergency, as they are close to where I live.

Lower your flea and tick monthly dosage down it is to high for 2 dosages 286.00 that's highway robbery and gready .over charging .
