We have takin vehicles to Ben’s auto repair for years now. Didn’t realize it’s been this long till I seen a past receipt just yesterday from 2015. He’s a great person, God fearing, and a great technician. Also Project 44 would love your used vehicles for people with no transportation. They are a great group of people and we love them. ?

I was referred here by Family Auto Center because they had a promotion on Groupon in used tires because my tire busted while driving. As soon as I got home the next day my tire that I had just bought from this location was already flat again. So I went to another shop and they told me that the faulty tire that they sold me was too small for my car.

Leans towards Toyota & Honda type cars. Amazing stories to go with their artwork. Oil changes normal cost. They get the work done quickly.

I understand why they don’t take outside parts in to an extent but common the parts are still sealed in the plastic wrap from the manufacturer sorta crazy and just a way for them to up charge. My advice stay away and choose another location if you have your own parts.

The excellent manner in which JACKSON GARY performs his duties has not went unnoticed, his initiative and adaptability were persisting tirelessly which means JACKSON GARY is an indefatigable mechanic, one that can work long hours without tiring. I know his applicability of probability were not in question, JACKSON GARY is a definite asset too Family Car Care. Also Fields Ben and Bradley Matt does work at all times expeditiously, this Family Car Care team is delightful, empowering, empathetic, knowledgeable insightful, trusted and respected. These guys work is beyond reproach, wow !!!!!!!!!!!!

Fast, friendly Maintenance shop. We had a vehicle fuel pump fail on us, 2650 km from home. Had us fixed and back on the road within 24 hours. Thanks again!!

The most important thing you can say about a business is "Are the people who own and operate this business good and honest people?" And I can 100% say that is the case with this place. I brought my truck in for some minor work and a mistake made by one of the mechanics caused a much larger issue. I was stranded and had to call a tow to come back to the shop and then the repairs were quite extensive. The owner never hesitated to take accountability for the mistake and make it right by covering my tow costs and the extra repairs needed. Because of that honesty and accountability this place will still get my business as other than this mistake they've always done good work at fair prices, no up-selling, just honest work.
