I’m honestly shocked by the terrible experience I had today at this store. The cashier, who seemed to be a manager, a lady wearing glasses, was beyond rude. Her attitude was condescending and downright arrogant. She treated me with blatant disrespect, and her behavior felt discriminatory. It’s 2024, and to encounter this level of racism in a customer-facing role is completely unacceptable. Instead of resolving my concerns, she made me feel belittled and unwelcome. If this is how they train their management, then this place seriously needs a wake-up call. Absolutely appalling!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the staff at this store, particularly with the manager, Hannah. The staff is consistently rude, and the managers show little interest in assisting customers. Despite promotions from the brand that can be combined with in-store offers as per the terms and conditions, the manager often refuses to honor them. They frequently make errors when applying discount codes and dismissively claim that correcting these mistakes would be a waste of their time.
The store's operating hours are also misleading. Although they are supposed to be open until 9 PM on certain days, if you arrive at 8:30 PM or later, the staff often claims they are closed or refuse to assist you.
Hannah, the manager, is the rudest manager I have ever encountered. She refuses to accept returns, denies price matching, and consistently refuses to apply valid promotions. Her uncooperative attitude makes it impossible to have a pleasant shopping experience.
Due to these repeated negative experiences, I now avoid this store and prefer to visit other outlets in the Dallas metroplex.

Not too long ago id say a week ago I went in looking for a specific item the item was like a dress very cute. Whenever I asked a employee I think Gwen she didn't even check just said it wasn't there because she knew inventory or smtg. I just feel like the customer serviced lacked in some way like at least go in the back and act like you looked I just expected more.Aso the prices were like retail. outlet stores are genuuarly lower because the quality Is lower usually so kinda disappointed on that aspect but I love this stores cute vibrant items so I am rating it higher because of that.

Hey so recently I went in the store to try to find the right sized thing but went I went in everything was every where.I know it sounds like a I'm a Karen but that’s how bad the store looked when i went in yesterday may 21 and when the store is like that it makes it unbearable to shop unfortunately.

All I have is one word for my experience and that’s Lucy! Lucy went above and beyond to help me find a blazer that was at a different location. She put the blazer to the side and even helped me find a blouse to match. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. If you didn’t know you would have thought we were friends. That’s how genuine and organic she was with me. Hands down this is the best Express in the metroplex! Ask for Lucy! She will help you with all of your fashion needs! I hope you read this so thanks girl! :)
