Completely unprofessional. Stephanie came to my house never knocked or let me know she was here and left and rescheduled my appointment without ever contacting me until she was gone. After I scheduled my day around having this visit completed. Would never recommend this service

Today June 23 at 4:50 pm we were sent down here for blood work. You come in and you have to sign in because no one is at the front. I've noticed whoever draws the blood or does the testing goes to the front and do the front desk job. She's probably tired and stressed from her doing all this as she was not as pleasant in her words. People could be going through a lot and a pleasant smile and kind words can surely help.

All I can say is Latoya is fabulous! Made my daughter and I very comfortable and made our experience there very pleasant!
