My daughter and I have been Esther Penn customers since 2019. Today, we went to the Fort Worth store looking for a dress for her upcoming baby shower. For the first time ever, the customer service was atrocious. The salesperson was not helpful and seemed totally annoyed that we were even in the store. My daughter’s friend had been in the store earlier and put two dresses on hold for her. My daughter tried them on and I tried on a dress also. None were the right fit, so we continued looking at other items and the salesperson impolitely said, “just so y’all know, the store is closing in two minutes.” We felt unwelcome, rushed, and her demeanor immediately tainted our shopping experience. We know this is not the norm for Esther Penn customer service, so I felt compelled to share.

Love this store. Always a place I look to going to when I am in town. There is a great selection. Went to their sidewalk sale this past weekend and it was nice to shop outside and be socially distanced as well.

This is my “go-to” store. I can shop outfits for any and all occasions (date night, rodeo, holiday, vacay, etc.) and can knock out birthday/Christmas shopping. The employee’s make the experience very customized and enjoyable! I love EP and highly (highly) recommend it to all!
